I’ve played piano till I was Royal Conservatory Grade 3 and uh... is this too hard for me? I can play “River Flows in You” but this seems to be more advanced 😂 any thoughts?
Wow... putting aside how the heck did ya pull those 10 key reach THAT fast, this is one hell of a cover! The closest one especially the dynamics. like damn. On that note, do you have any advice how I could improve that part. I mean I can reach 10 keys too (although barely) but nevermind doing precise hits that fast... If ya have advices how to at least improve precision when reaching out, please do so :D And by any, I literally meant anything! Links, sheets, or maybe simple tips that even a beginner like me can start on practicing. I really want to learn this song, really fits my situation right now (T-T) so yeah.. thank you.
I have to admit, this arrangement is not something a beginner should attempt... The biggest challenge in this though, are the consistent runs at a fast tempo. For this, I would practice scales and arpeggios for technique, and focus on getting the accuracy of that. On the note of 10 key reaches, if you can't hit them comfortably or accurately, I would suggest rolling them (playing the notes arpeggiated in quick succession).
