Im a fellow blister enthusiast as well. Somthing feels good about shifting through a bunch of random, but awesome, unified mind, evolving skies, team up, 3 packs and checklanes and just random bundles and stuff youve been able to get at good deals. This part of my investment was from when i just started and didnt have the funds or conviction to buy booster boxes or cases yet. Was just easier to drop 20 to 50 bucks every once in a while. It ended up doing exceptionally well. The one thing in particular that did insane was those dollar general 2 pack mini blisters. I bought 150 of them with team up/unbroken bonds for 3.25$ each in 2021. They sell for like 30 bucks each now. Thats a nice 10X on my very first large investment within about 2 years.

Nice collection. Should pay off well in the future. I've been buying/collecting/investing for years, and IMO, as long as TPCI stays the course and keeps the brand relevant, sealed Pokemon products will continue to age like fine wine. The internet hates "Poke-investors" like us because they think we are all greedy monsters who are hoarding up precious cardboard, so they can't get any 😂. IMO, those types of people are just mad because someone else is more disciplined in practicing patience and money earning/investing skills, and it makes them feel insecure. Keep doing what you are doing, and don't worry about what the internet thinks. Your videos are informative and help keep like-minded people updated with the Pokemon market. Keep up the good work.

Wonder how many people out there are sitting on similar sealed collections like this (I have about 35 cases personally) everyone clinging to the same knowledge / historical results sticking to just booster boxes etc. I’m sure out of print sealed product will still grow in value, but with the printers running 24/7 your video is probably the norm not the exception.
Hyperbole my friend lol. I’m thinking in a broader sense how many people are sitting on sealed product in general which wasn’t a “thing” in prior eras. There’s got to be tons of people sitting on closets of sealed product.
Should definitely think of getting those cases off the ground. The huge black and yellow containers from Costco and Sam Club are pretty secure to put them in.
That’s what I do as well, rows of three running perpendicular like Jenga blocks. I just figured for the video sake they’d look better like this. I still worry how long I can have them stacked 5-6 rows high though. Any idea how long they could stay like that safely?
Interesting video! I have thought of making a similar video in the future too. Mine has quite a couple of collection boxes too because of some deals. What's a bit furstrating over here in Belgium (and Europe in general) is that a lot of the products here come with different packs. F.e. the divergent tins, we only get the 4 pack tins and those don't have e.s. packs in them, same for the zoroark collection boxes, it's a bit different in shape and also doesn't have e.s. packs. It's crazy how many brilliant stars bb you have btw!
@@PokeProfit yeah I have to search a lot longer to find some of those actual products from the US and because of that it's very hard to find good prices on them too. Btw the $50k, is that the current value of your collection or how much you paid for it?

Every booster box in Pokémon’s history has gone up in value after going out of print. So it’s very likely it’ll continue to happen. I don’t put price targets and estimates on things so, $1k, who knows.
I’ve talked about it multiple times in my video, so it shouldn’t have been THAT big of a surprise. Gotta find more room though to better store booster box cases 😮💨

@@PokeProfit bro I am with you... I'm just saying... I am still very confident (and I'm still investing and have done very well since 2016).... But I am just saying bro, if there's 10,000 dudes like you and I with a crazy hoard like this (I have one too lol), then is it not a possibility that if hype dies down (even to 1/3 or half of what it is now which is very realistic ) and that many of us have a hoard and we all decide to sell in ten years, there may be a complete flip where supply is greater than demand. Not saying I fully believe this will happen, but do you not at least see that as a possibility?
How do you know there are 10,000 people like me? Do you know what the average investor has in terms of inventory? How do you know we will all sell at the same time? How many booster boxes of a given set are created? How many are opened? How many have been destroyed? How many will be opened in the next 5 years? How many will be destroyed or damaged in the same period? Lots of people like to talk about how everyone is hoarding product, but their claims are often baseless and not based on any sort of accurate statistical model. If they did, most people would realize there are a lot less boxes out there than they think, and that a lot more will be opened or damaged in the coming years. The much larger and relevant threats to Pokémon investments are the possibility Pokemon becomes much less relevant in popular culture, or massive cival/economic issues, both of which we are safe from for now.
@@PokeProfit I have a sealed collection worth about 100k. But almost every single person I know buys and hoards sealed products these days. There are statistical numbers for how much of each product is printed. The number is very high. Right now with this amount of popularity, that's fine. Like I said, if interest goes down by 50 percent (very realistic) then I do see potential for a lot of people to need to dump at the same time (life happens, bills come, and most importantly, this shit takes up a ton of space) and when that happens and demand is half of what it is now (or less) then people like us with this amount of product are not going to be feeling like we do now. All I'm saying. To deny that as a possibility is delusional. Evolving skies and team up and certain sets should be fine still but everything else could lose a ton of value and interest. Again I still believe in it a lot but you can't predict where the world will be and what kids of the future will be into 10 years from now
Awesome. I’d personally never buy an asset like a sports car that’ll likely depreciate the second you buy it, but if that shit makes you happy and you can leverage it into positive things in your life, that’s all that matters.
@@PokeProfit that's insane tbh i hate how those boxes are basically no longer aesthetically pleasing for a sealed collector however could be decent pack rips in the future I just don't see anyone paying for/ a crap seal vs a good condition seal

Again I still believe in it a lot but you can't predict where the world will be and what kids of the future will be into 10 years from now
Nice. One day I hope to work myself up to that
With time brother
@@PokeProfit I can get Like a case a week off of sword. 2 off of scarlet but. I'm trying to save for a sports car first
Awesome. I’d personally never buy an asset like a sports car that’ll likely depreciate the second you buy it, but if that shit makes you happy and you can leverage it into positive things in your life, that’s all that matters.
@PokeProfit I buy it to keep will be my third one but yeah I'm doing what you just did can't wait
Can you make a video on exit strategy
I have a video on this already called “My Pokémon Investing Endgame”
had same experience like you on chilling reign booster box and yea legit just super shit quality
That one I pulled wasn’t even bad either haha. I have some atrocious ones in another case. Pokemon really was drunk for a couple years there. 😂
@@PokeProfit that's insane tbh i hate how those boxes are basically no longer aesthetically pleasing for a sealed collector however could be decent pack rips in the future I just don't see anyone paying for/ a crap seal vs a good condition seal
Amazing collection
Thank you. I don’t consider it a collection, it’s just my investments, but I will say it’ll be hard to let go of some of it in the future.
do u have evolving skies bb?
Nope
Lovely collection mate
basically him
Nah, just an NPC
Awesome
nice collection!
Thanks, I don’t consider it a collection, just investments, but I love having and looking at some of the BBs.
Amazing work!!
Thanks man
Enjoyed this type of video awesome job 👍
Just me continuing with the transparency. Glad you enjoyed the video as well 🙏
Interesting. Not as I had imagined entirely.
I’ve talked about the investments before, so it shouldn’t have been that surprising 👀👀
@@PokeProfit talking about the face reveal lol
Ah okay 😂
Loved this video🎉🎉
Thanks man
I’m 5k away from 50k and 1/3 of your space 😎
Good for you!
Why I thought you are like 17 years old 🤔🤣
Dog I’m balding and got back problems 🤣
@@PokeProfit yeah shave your head and do some pushups 💪🏼😆
Bruh my bench PR is 330, we don’t do push-ups anymore.
@@PokeProfit Don't worry I'm bald, nice and smooth. God only made so many perfect heads, the rest he covered with hair. 😁
🐐
Lol you keep saying dox yourself. If someone wanted to find you it wouldn't be hard.
Cool bud. Thanks for the engagement
@PokeProfit your welcome I guess lol
dope collection man
Thanks. I don’t consider it a collection, just investments, but I do love some of the items I have.
