19:55 The game doesn't really explain this well, but when they give you two dialogue options, one blue, one yellow, the blue one is always "optional". It adds additional lines that I think are always good to hear. The yellow will move the dialogue forward so you'll lose the blue. Dunno why they didn't explain that, but yeah I try to always exhaust all the blue options first and then pick the yellows. And if there's two yellows, that's the real choice dialogue options, one or the other. Edit: not sure if you already know this, if you do, sorry, if not, hope I helped! Haha
male V's got amazing voice acting. Can't go wrong there! I think it'll grow on you the more you play it. I love both options, but yeah I think Male V is perfect for Street kid especially
I played Female Corpo V and that was like the perfect fit; I know I’ll grow to love Male V! I really love the Street Kid intro, it feels like it’s almost perfect lol
"Maybe now, as God ordained" I love Jackie!!! lol And sorry for so many comments Going to fangirl the entire time. This is my favorite game, and so excited you're playing it! looking forward to mroe videos :)
Dude I’m more than happy to have ya! I love the game too, and having been away so long (and my friends AND you playing it) got me wanting to get back into it! I still have Starfield stuff coming out, but the CyberPunk pull is like Saturn on me right now lol
@RachelLouren28 depending on your specs some mods could help out! Also, I didn’t think it would be a big deal, but having 32gbs of Ram was the biggest difference maker in how my game runs now. I think it’s pretty memory intensive and it gets worse as the save file size gets bigger!
@@Senpatriarch Yeah, RAM! My husband says there's been some good bundles at Microcenter for mobos, processor and RAM. I'm thinking I might get an upgrade this Christmas! We are still talking about it. Usually, he will upgrade his PC first and I get the "hand me downs" Lol. Like my video card is his older one. Would definitely love to see Starfield at higher settings, and hopefully the devs will do more to optimize it. I think that's why CP2077 plays so well. It's so optimized!!
@RachelLouren28 yeah 2077 had to go through the ringer to get there, but now I’m pretty sure I could run it at anything and still get above 60fps Tons of Great deals out there! I’ve also been seeing good prices on some 30 and 40 series GPUs
No worries on the character looks. I believe if you visit a ripper you can extensively change your face etc later on if you want. I've meant to do that and have my V get a new scar etc.
You’re so right lol, I think I spent like 5 minute fiddling with the settings after my recording session. I still need to get them 100% right though lol
I will be very careful not to spoil anything in comments. Just realized, when you mentioned you had played all the way to Hanako in Embers and then stopped, the game does let you continue after "endings". Your character gets reset back to that point with Hanako before you go into Embers. That way you can try out different endings and not lose anything. Just a quick FYI for way down the line when you get there... And yeah, do Dogtown before Hanako. It's meant to be played before that point.
@@RachelLouren28 awesome thank you for all the tips! I wasn’t sure how the end game stuff worked so I stopped right outside of Embers lol. I’ll be sure to get Dogtown done probably after Pacifica? That seems like a good place to start it!
@@Senpatriarch Yeah Dogtown cannot be opened up until after the Voodoo Boy quests are done. The Phantom Liberty DLC will be in your mission log thing so you'll see it / it'll tell you when it's playable. Yeah, the endings are loops basically. You can do it all in one save file since the game will loop you back to Embers after you try out an ending. That way if you happen to blaze through the Main quest, you won't miss out on side quests or gigs since you can always go back and do them later. After an ending, the game will roll Credits, then plop! V is back and you can keep playing.
And about the Heist. I personally like to get it done quickly instead of explore the map first (Northside is open, but not every district). For some gigs, Johnny has some unique dialogue so you miss out on that if you do the gigs alone before Johnny/the Heist. Act 2 is when the game really opens up.
Hell yeah, street kid life path!!!
I’m so excited, I love this angry V lol

It’s been a hot minute, I totally forgot that the colors were more than just for fun 😂
I’ll have to make sure I hit them all, I’m a lore hound

when i first played street kid V, I looked at all the cars in the garage in amazement lol. There's some cool ones in there haha
RIGHT?! Like I get it, the gig is that one super car, but man I’d take any of those!
"Maybe now, as God ordained" I love Jackie!!! lol

@@Senpatriarch That's great about Starfield. I'm also still playing it, just not recording since my game doesn't play well on my PC, lagging...

@@RachelLouren28 you can change your appearance in the mirror at your pad! I found that out at the end of next episode 😂
12:10 lol That would be crazy if Panam was randomly at the bar haha, just playing pool. the star-crossed lovers haven't met yet!!
Maybe she’s in the Nomad path? I know you can find her before the Heist in the Afterlife!
@@Senpatriarch Yep. I saw her talking to Nash before V meets her. That's cool they added that
@ there’s so much that you miss on a first playthrough that a second (third, fourth, maybe fifth…) has to happen lol
23:49 Oh, crap your "skip ahead" is also binded to crouch C lol. Probably want to fix that in Options or it'll drive you cwazyyy!!!

Better than his legs floating in the bay!
