@Allen Huang that's from different sellers on Wish, so that does not really matter, he still had to wait for all of it to come from China, and with current customs, and such, a month to 2 months is about right.

He also used a dac which would give it better sound anyway
Man I don't know but if the ones from Wish are that good either they're lucky, or I'm not. I bought a pair of these "IE800's" on Wish and they sound like crap. Thankfully I was able to get a refund.

Sennheiser purposely didn't send you the exact model because they knew the stuff you got from China was real and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. The factory probably leaked the specs or even produced more for their own side hustle - this happens all the time.
I'm amazed all the items from Wish showed up! Some stuff I ordered in December haven't showed up yet and it's the week after the Super Bowl!
I am honestly amazed with how long Wish products take to ship to you that these guys even remember they recorded this footage, and they get all the right clips and edit it all perfectly. I truly commend these guys.

No. If that's the case, They would be advertised as "OEM" (Original Equipment Manafacturer) Headphones. In this case, They are made from completely different factory that specifically produces fake products

The IE 800's they dont require much power but if you clean up the audio and give the larger drivers a bit more power it will sound amazing. (Over power them and let them take what they need.) Fakes will just max out power no mater what. Hooked to a proper DACK you can break the coils and possibly blowout your ear drums.
