Lovely work. I enjoy hearing your thinking process. I am trying to improve my painting and find my own style. I love a loose look and am having a hard time getting there. I always find myself getting bogged down in detail (when I make time to paint). It's good to know that we are all human and are fighting our painting demons (LOL!).

Very lovely!!! I love realism. I love birds too! I have used a lot of brands but never tried White Nights. Most of the attributes have more to do with the exact pigment its made with more than than the brand names. So, I have the exact same pigment in different brands. Some are very different and some are very much the same. Oh what beautiful colors in this bird! Beautiful work! I can tell this brand doesn't run into each other with a lot of flow. It stays put even more so than Holbein and Mission Gold.
