I just picked up a cabinet of these pushers except it’s the Tonka pushers. It’s gonna be a monster to restore. 5 units in an 8 foot long cabinet. These things were my childhood.
An old style coin pusher where you have a guy that has to manually push the back bar forward and backward when you ask him to, haha. "Excuse me sir? can you push the coins again, i'm ready" "yeah yeah, give me a minute, i'm making change" "okay sir, i'll wait"

I was a little worried, but in the end Joe got the Wonder Woman fidget spinner to match his Wonder Woman Halloween costume. All is well in the world! Also, those poin cushers give you a seemingly above average return. Lots of fun coin action for not much money.
Fun fact: we can’t have coin pushers in Australia at carnival ect, they are classed as gambling so they could only be in casinos. Gambling laws are very strict in Australia.
We have a local festival this time of year and the only reason I go is because this trailer is always there hoping to go this year but not sure yet but when they are there it’s only quarters and money no tokens
@@TrianglePants not sure what you mean? I don’t know what a “bottom rake” is? But also, if I remember correctly, this one does have the side holes, too.
@JJGeneral1 Well, darn. Anyway, what I mean is that extra noise people say they hear after their winnings drop down, as if some are being collected before payout. My point is that I want to someday put FAIR quarter pushers in my business location, so that I have less legal trouble or scrutiny from my state of choice.
@@TrianglePants well, I hope that you can make profit still with that kind of one. Not sure if it’s possible without the side holes. But that sound you hear is just quarters/coins going down the sides to the bucket inside. Once they go over the front, it can’t go to the owner unless the alarm is tripped and the flap is closed.
A lot of these coin pushers cheat with gutters on the sides under those covers! The coins get spread apart and go off the sides instead of actually pushing in to the pile of coins. Total scam.

Awesome! Where was this? I played this exact same machine as a kid. I was certain it was gone forever.

Working on the opposite side of what your going for helps so they dont just go in the out of bound area

You would be correct in your investigative research. That is indeed arcade matt.
