Played on or two Sessions official Servers, but with my Boomer-Aim and reactiontime - Nope To find a Server that fits my Way to play was a long journey, but i found one. I play alot with my "younger" Brother (51) and its a lot of fun.
Yo brit, I think rust videos overall aren't doing great as of now. That's why your viewership has gone down. Even Welyn which is one of the biggest rust creator in YT has his recent views lower than normal. Just do your thing, we're here to support you ❤

Forgetting to upkeep your base is one of the worst feelings I've ever had in Rust. At least with this you weren't fighting with other people the entire time and you learned and gained a lot of knowledge about the server if you wanted to do another wipe there which I'm sure would speed up your progression a lot. I'm 39 now and I know how it can be with finding time to play sometimes and dealing with toxic people. Even finding good people to play with has been a big challenge for me since my past teammates have quit playing. I'm not a streamer or anything, just a chill guy, but if you ever want someone to play with you I'd be happy to help you out. Don't let things stress you out too much brother, keep up the good work and take care!
Not fully done watching but in a lot of pve servers. If you don't have a skin. The system will auto place random skins on your doors and boxes. And it'll switch through them on occasion if it's set up that way. It's kind of fun to see the other skins. Since some new pvers don't know about /skinbox. Love the video man. Enjoy.

All the crates float on the server, there's around 20 crates around when you take down an eve. Also you dont ever need to buy diving kits! You can just do /kit scuba

I would love the chance to play some pve with you one day Brit. I have two girls, so playing for hours is fun, but as a single dad its tough to get on especially if I get a notification that I'm being raided so pvp is kind of hard to focus on when I'm wanting to be in the real world with my kids.

I don't know where this fits in with your personal enjoyment of Rust, but, personally, I'd love watching you just play Rust irrespective of theme. The guy I watch the most now is Shots because I just enjoy feeling like I'm playing the game. I enjoy playing Rust, but so many other things capture my time that I mostly relegate the Rust experience to watching it on UA-cam. You're a funny guy and the things your brain thinks to say are unique as compared to other Rust UA-camrs. So, though I know the view count is generally a lot lower for, say, daily regular playthrough videos, if it's something you think you'd enjoy, I would certainly be a regular viewer! And it doesn't matter if you had a s#!t wipe overall or if you got dogged on for 3 episodes in a row...I just enjoy watching the real Rust experience unfold. I've yet to hit play on this video, but I'm going to end up watching the whole thing. Assuming it's a distilled version of your 100 hours, maybe this video split into 3-4 videos (or more, depending on how you edited it) and posted every day or every other day, would drive overall views/ad rev/etc. higher than one video. Anyway, as a former UA-camr (in a highly niche space), I totally feel you, man. I spent 10 years grinding and ending up absolutely nowhere insofar as my hopes for doing UA-cam as a main fulltime avenue. I haven't posted a video in over a year and I just hit 50K subs. I was DREAMING of that number for years and now I just couldn't care less because the machine of content creation stripped every ounce of joy I once had for doing this. I waffled on that feeling for a couple of years before I finally said, "piss on it; I'm done." While I would hate to see no more Brit videos, I think your candor on the situation is well within reason to continue expressing publicly, and considering for yourself privately. You'll get something sorted, man, even if it comes with a heap of difficult decisions that make you unhappy for awhile -- at least that's how it panned out for me where this stuff is concerned. Lastly, try not to let any of the haters and irrational a-holes get to you for simply being a human and expressing human moments. There doesn't have to be a secret, unhappy Brit hiding behind a goofy, laughing Brit. We're all complex characters at the end of the day and I, for one, fully appreciate realness from people, so if you think it would be therapeutic or somehow beneficial to express some of these other facets of yourself, your life, your UA-cam journey, etc., then I say go for it. =)
The long vids are 100% a turn-off for the "play it the second you see it" algorithm metrics. If people are skipping it in the first 24 hours, YT will de-prioritize it in others' feeds.
Keep on pushing Brit you make so many fans when I first subscribed to this channel I expected so many rust videos that I loved and I kept on watching because every video you try and make it interesting its amazing how far you've come :D

As a father I definitely know what you're saying about having enough time to play a full wipe. Maybe you could jump in some servers like Tommygun's Frag or other ones where you can do shorter PVP matches. That way you can play as many rounds as you have time for and then jump off. Love your stuff no matter what style of Rust you are playing, keep it goin!

Hey Brit, I'm currently playing on this server (US Version), the HEX PVE Servers are the one of my most favorite PVE servers, they are very fun and no worries of being raided is very nice. If you plain on playing HEX servers often, I suggest buying the life time VIP. I think it would be cool if you played a duo or trio wipe with fans! Thanks for the content!

Dude, love your vids. I play a lot of competitive games such as cs and dota, and when you get to some high ranking shii, it gets ugly, tiring, and YES, competitive. PvE in rust is gold for rebuilding your mental health in gaming LOL

Not a big fan of the Hex maps. They also have lots of terrain meshing issues. You'd think they would do a 360 at least once after placing a hill down...
Wish you were on when we linked 123 train cars together and drove them around the map! If you ever want to team with someone, hit me up, but I know you usually run solo.

Put some emotional music in the background and go in with a goal to do something specific, find some maybe self imposed obstacles, struggle, overcome them, but tell us about the goal and the struggle along the way, the feeling.

Gus is dropping less crates this wipe I've noticed. They were way better last wipe.
Hey Brit, I'm currently playing on this server (US Version), the HEX PVE Servers are the one of my most favorite PVE servers, they are very fun and no worries of being raided is very nice. If you plain on playing HEX servers often, I suggest buying the life time VIP. I think it would be cool if you played a duo or trio wipe with fans! Thanks for the content!

I love your vids dude keep it up. I think alot of people like to see the grind in rust v.i.p and random item videos possibly a small amount of rust players and viewers of your videos might not have interest in that

I play a lot of competitive games such as cs and dota, and when you get to some high ranking shii, it gets ugly, tiring, and YES, competitive. PvE in rust is gold for rebuilding your mental health in gaming LOL
4:17 I feel ya on trying to play Rust with kids! I have 3 kids and am a truck driver that works 65 hours a week.. I usually end up on PVE and I play a couple no wipe servers.

Not a big fan of the Hex maps. They also have lots of terrain meshing issues. You'd think they would do a 360 at least once after placing a hill down...

Put some emotional music in the background and go in with a goal to do something specific, find some maybe self imposed obstacles, struggle, overcome them, but tell us about the goal and the struggle along the way, the feeling.

Hey man, I saw that post go up. It sounds like a hard time for a lot of YTers right now. So long as you're enjoying what you're doing, I'll always enjoy watching you - so that's the only advice I've got. Make yourself happy, man, whatever that means for you.
I'll tell you hwat though... I sure enjoyed that Zomboid video. Maybe see if you can find someone else to play that with for a video? It's fun multiplayer, and makes for good chill slow atmospheric videos with frantic action beats.

Brit brother… most people that like rust like me are getting older now 20-30-40 age range we haven’t got the time to watch a 1 hour vid create a series 10-20 min vids took me 2 days to watch this brother and that’s because I have spare time before bed and work keep it real man but u do love the vids
