  • I picked up a free Featherlite XT200 Curved Blade String Trimmer by Weed Eater, but this little trimmer managed to keep me humble.
    I hope I didn't bite off more than I can chew with this little trimmer, as it's the first 2 stroke mini-engine I've worked on, with a diaphragm carburetor.

    Great job Mike! I would turn the idle down slightly. The head shouldn’t spin at idle

      Thank you! It was a really exciting moment when the engine fired off..
      I don't think there's a clutch on this particular model, as the head even turns when just pulling the cord, and springs back when turning it by hand .
