- Jocelyn has gone through a lot growing up, but her new family is there for her through everything. Her two mom's have put everything into making her quince special for her. The last thing they have to plan for her day is the father/daughter dance. Because she doesn't have a father in her life, she asks her grandfather to dance, but with recent health issues, she doesn't know if he'll be up for it.
Turning 15 is a rite of passage and becomes a major event when having a Quinceañera. There's finding the dress, planning the fiesta, choosing your Court of Honor and the list goes on, especially when you are planning the Quince of your dreams!

No wonder she’s worried about if people don’t show up for her Quinceañera, but having two 👭 shouldn’t be a problem. I’m not a fan of the lifestyle choice of the 🏳️🌈 community, but I will not have that affect me in any other way. Love is love. I’m just worried about accepting it now because my family is from a country where gays and lesbians are banned and not allowed.

I can relate to Jocelyn so much but my grandpa passed away long time before even my mom was 12 and my dad ,dad is not here in the United States (California but in Mexico ) and I just started to cry and I can’t imagine all that pain she and her family has gone through ♥️

this is the only episode that made me cry because knowing what her grandpa went through a lot of things god still had plans for him and i know that gods good but i just think he didn't want me to have a good life because he took my grandpa away when i was only 14 days old! and he took both of my grandparents away from me about 2 years ago 7 months apart. But I'm just really glad that both of her grandparents are good and healthy.
