I’m a Filipino who was born and raised in America, but I have to say this is my first time listening to this song! Even though it’s impossible for our soccer team to make it to the World Cup, I hope one day the Philippines can win their first World Cup title and if they host the World Cup, this would fit perfect for a World Cup song.
I feel this song captures what it feels to watch a really good PBA game. It bring me back to epic clashes of recent years. SMB vs Alaska for the all-Filipino. The ascension of Fajardo. The fading of TNTs dominance, The last dance of Alapag. The Grand Slam of the SanMig Coffee Mixers. The bad Boys of ROS. Paul Lee, Rak'n'Roll and Extra Rice. The young and exciting NorthPort. The Return of Asi Taulava. That era of 2010s PBA basketball has been one of my favorites.

Yes po, with Marching Band rendition and Laro Mo To additional voices. Pero, this 2019 naman po is may konting Marching Band rendition pero andaming pinagbago. But the rest, ang ganda ng mga naging version ng Ito Ang Liga. Nakaka-LSS, ganda ng beat and sa tenga, at one of the best PBA themes. :)
