Great video, shame you lost the rest of the material. Was looking forward to how you fed the hobs and double ovens and what size cabling you used etc. Keep smashing it pal 👍
Was a bit of magic to be fair, the board had just been changed a few month ago but used a 2x2 trunking underneath which was rammed, so the only room was to the rhs of the trunking. Had to drill just missing the fuse board down on an angle to underneath the flooring, then up it to a 25mm bit and get the cable through. Couldn’t tell we’d been afterwards 🤯
@@buanobas9122 cheers my guy! It’s tough the UA-cam world, the bigger channels get preferential treatment. I’m 2 years behind artisan and Bundy and the market is more saturated so harder to grow. I’m just happy creating content for people however big I get. If you can’t be happy where your at, you will never be happy. Thank you for watching and commenting!
@@billybulmer7386 it’s definitely a skill to manage people, I just show them the task and let them crack on and check back in ten min, correct if needed and go again. Best way for them to learn is being explained and having a go
@@finneyelectrical do you not spend most of your time stopping them from messing about and arguing?🤣 Three is quite a lot to handle on your own. I only ever had one apprentice at a time, and I always found it distracting.

@finneyelectrical separate 6mm's to the ovens and hob? Or weren't they that big?

Is it difficult trying to keep three apprentices busy whilst trying to crack on with the job yourself?
