After 40 years of hard working together we successfully achieved our goals. Our net worth totaled $2,000,000 with no debts. To me, America is the land of opportunity.
I’m a refugee,when I come here I pay my own airline costs,when I’m working government taking my money from pay check every week until finished what I own then.
Thank you for knowledge to those that was not aware of people lives during killing field ( Khmer Rouge) 1975 to 1979. I have lived through those times. Horrible life during those times. Every day, during those years, was like Dead.
Thanks for bringing to light how Khmer American refugees struggled in America. It brings me to tears to hear how we suffered from Pol Pot to refugee camps to the ghettos of America. I was a child born during the Khmer Rouge and grew up in the refugee camps until I came to Long Beach, CA on November 6, 1985. All of us have suffered from Post Traumatic Syndrome (PTSD), adults and children. Many could not overcome and live a good life. So please remember to have sympathy and empathy when you see a Khmer American who didn’t make it in America. We all have a different story to tell.
We stayed at Morong Bataan for 7 months. Thanks you so much for brought it up. I used to work with US Embassy, as interpreter. You are not exaggerating. All these information are right.i respect that.

He is evil 👿 he hurt me and throwing me away . At that time there’s ice 🧊 and snow ❄️ very cold it’s hurt me deeply into my bones . And look down on me no clothes to ware . The reason is I won ‘t let him touch me free . So I left them . This person used to live free with me and my family I used to support him living free eating free school free and laundry for him in Cambodia after Pol Pot regime because of his parents died in the Pol Pot communist , so I tried to save life to give him have a good future . But at the end he pay back evil 👿 and hired someone to kill me . His last name : Lim . So be careful with this person . I do good he pay back evil that’s not right .
