The more rest you get, the stronger your immune system gets. With the delta brainwave state, health improves on all levels - including an extra immunity to sickness. Lack of sleep can affect your immune system. Studies show that people who don't get quality sleep or enough sleep are more likely to get sick after being exposed to a virus, such as a common cold virus. Lack of sleep can also affect how fast you recover if you do get sick.
In this track Binaural beats were mixed subtly and periodically to target the Delta Waves. (continuous binaural beats sounds tend to saturate the ears leading to headhacke). Delta brainwaves, mimicking the sleep state, allow you to rejuvenate both your mind and body, regenerating the needed chemicals you up use while awake.
Although not mandatory, headphones usually provide a better listening experience, experiment with what works best for you, headphones or common speakers.
Since many of our subscribers use these type of tracks for sleeping, we've decided to fade the video to a black screen after 10 min.
The black screen after 10 minutes will reduce the amount of light on some devices to emphasize a relaxing environment.

I’ve been really struggling with my health. Had cancer at 21, now multiple debilitating chronic illnesses for years. Got covid 2 weeks ago and have had trouble eating ever since, and I just need relief. To anyone else out there, you’re not alone ❤️ we will get through this together

Moraphene is a joke . If your father is suffering with luekemia they should be treating him with a much stronger medication. Daloden is what I was given. I have third stage lung cancer. I'm permanently on oxygen . A year and a half ago both of my lungs collapsed. I had undiagnosed double pneumonia. I was alone at home except for my beautiful dog named Precious. She some how went to the living room window and was screaming and crying. My Precious dog saved my life.
My neighbors knew she'd never done this before. They found me and did CPR. I went to long without oxygen. My brain is slow,9 days in a coma. But I believe all I could think about was Precious. She's here by my side. Loving me with unconditional love. Just like our Lord Jesus Christ does. I'm so thankful. Trust me there is a heaven. I can't wait. Love you and your Dad ❤️ I lost my Mom and Dad 30 years ago. I'm 61 . This virus may take me but I'm not afraid. Rest your heart and worries 💜

I was in a very bad car accident 2 weeks ago.... this link popped up in my you tube feed.... I was listening too it for a few minutes a quickly feel into a self visualization Hypnosis . I was visualizing my life before the crash and was visualizing it in third person. I felt what it was like to lose my life. To really think it was over in the rear view mirror . The music brought me to the deepest intense emotional filling reality I’ve ever experienced in my life time. I sat in the hospital bed crying puddles of Sarrow and Despair. I was interpreting the vision wrong. The visualization was to show me I have hope to live on. I then wept tears of thankfulness. Tears upon ounces of tears . I was then , as the music kept playing able to realize I’m ok to move on from the accident scene in my head. That the post traumatic stress was ok to leave my mind and body . I then felt the healing power come over me and I wasn’t scared anymore.

Dave Neame me too. 8 1/2 months clean. NA works if you follow all the suggestions. Go to meetings daily if possible. Get a sponsor, he will lead you on your recovery path. We cannot do it alone. Stats are against it. 🙏🏼
Dave Neame one year clean with addiction treatment from my doctor. Took opioids over 15 years, no more. Also- NA worked for my best friend and many others. It could save your life. But YOU are NOT powerless, I believe no one is powerless over their addiction. I think that’s a messed up statement to impose on addicts also. Just my opinion.

I’ve been waking up around 5am in the morning for the last couple of days. This time it was different I woke up went to the bathroom came back to the bed. I tried meditating which is very hard for me to do. I did it for 5 minutes then I said a prayer to my spirit team for healing. I laid down and found this on UA-cam. As it played I fell asleep instantly. In my dream their was a girl that I never met but she felt so familiar in a weird way. Well I’m going to skip most of the dream but in the dream she was healing me. She made me teas and had me eat different things and educating me on health. At the end of the dream before I woke up I was so overcome with emotion that I cried because she really took the timeout to help me. She gave my a hug and it felt really good then I woke up. But before the hug she did mention something about my throat chakra. I need to look into that more. But I remembered everything in the dream and I truly believe she was from a my Spirit team and she was coming to assist me with my immune system. Oh btw while I was drinking the tea I started throwing up and I looks at her while she was in the garden and she told me those were all the negative things coming out your body. I woke up and I feel a funny feeling on my side stomach.....I can’t explain it but I woke up and gave praise.

The world is full of pain because alien jerks rule it. Literally, I have met a few. Why are they not worried about the illness? Because they can't get sick. A lot of things like chemtrails are like that. They don't care if it doesn't effect them and they have their weird (evil?) reasons for the stuff they do. I am even thinking of doing disclosure since it has gotten so bad.

I was having trouble sleeping, I tossed and turned all night. I put this on at 5am and slept straight through until 9.30am. I had the most vivid and realistic dreams. I was on a cliffside in the Himalayas overlooking the water with other sightseers and the water became rough and was splashing up onto the walkway, there were no safety rails on the side of the cliff, but a few on the cliff, a girl grabbed my hand and guided me to a rail. I felt relieved and then all of a sudden I was inside a corridor with a man who said he too was afraid of the storm. All of a sudden I looked out from the corridor, the storm had stopped, the sky was amazing, animals were crossing the water, water buffalo, fish jumping high, elephants bathing with their babies, all happy and rejoicing after the storm. Then nightfall came and the moon was perfectly round but soft orange with a lighter ring around it, the sky was dark blue with millions of stars, I held out my hand, as I had been taking pictures all along on my phone and captured more images across the water into sacred chambers. Such a beautiful dream. Very healing. I also fell asleep very quickly. My new favourite.

To anyone reading this, this was a terrifying thing that happen to me before.
My gf was having a panic attack, feeling sick and was having a migraine at the same time, so what I did was go and get water for her and medicine for her head because she was having a migraine, so I took care of her and when she took the medicine wich made her really sleep I told her she needs rest, and I was looking for relaxing or Zenful music to put, and came across this video, and it helped a lot, and she has chose this music/sounds to relax to when she's feeling stressed out too and I too listen to this music too, so thank you for this music and God bless everyone, hope everyone is safe too during this pandemic time, stay safe everyone.

I made it out of a chain of bad habits from drugs to alcohol. Its been a rough road as my body and mind is recuperating. I just want anyone ti know that wherever you are at this point in time, its going yo get better, and you will make it out cause i believe you will. I pray that I overcome my health issues 100%. I cannot wait to go back and enjoy the small but beautiful moments of life. For me that was taking walks, being outside in nature, and seeing my friends. It’s crazy how much power and ability we possess. We don’t see it until all of it is taken away. It hasn’t gone anywhere though. Its important to remind myself it’s still inside me. As I heal, I will find it again. I will overcome this tough situation because I AM tougher. This was simply a perspective change.

I randomly clicked on this to put my daughter to sleep and it instantly put me into a meditative state; while I sat here waiting for her to sleep. Almost as like I immediately shifted dimensions in the most beautiful way possible. My daughter also fell asleep in literally a fraction of the normal time it takes her to fall asleep. I have an immune disorder and have been working hard for two years to fix it after doctors have told me it's genetic and there's not much they can do except manage symptoms. I have overhauled my diet, started meditating regularly, and am forcing myself to get better rest. It is very difficult to manage in this COVID world. This video made my third eye start to open. I felt immense pressure in the middle lf my forehead. I didnt know that was a sign of a third eye awakening so i got slightly scared and paused this video to do some research. Fell asleep to this and saw myself staring into a beautiful warm sunset, but filled with sadness to see such a beautiful scene come to an end. Ive been afraid of death, and what lies after, my whole life. I still am, but now it just fills me wirh a deep sadness and a longing for something im not sure of yet. This came to me in a perfect time, as i feel quite lost lately.
Truly hope for the best for everyone reading this, and im excited and ready to start this new chapter of love, understanding, and acceptance in my life.
I’m suffering mentally very bad through these dark times but I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I pray for all of us and hope you too can see the light ❤️

Was happy to see so many positive messages and requests for prayers. I am thinking about those requests and sending good vibes your way, yes you stranger who is reading this begging for an answer, a diagnosis, a hug, a frickin break. It’s coming. I have suffered chronic illnesses that incapacitate me and I am losing more control of my body every day. I am getting closer to finally having an answer and my mom finally heard my cries for help as I’m failing to take care of my health and succeed in university at the same time. It’s always darkest before the dawn, but every day is a chance to take another step towards finally being able to say “I’m okay,”.
And for anyone who has the covid or anything that effects u God is doing his best to heal u and protect u
I tested positive for Corona. Just got out of the hospital. It has caused pericarditis in my heart. Excruciating pain and restricted my heart from pumping and I blacked out. Got put into the hospital for a few days. Now at home on bed rest praying I don't have a heartattack. I got some meds for the pericarditis but it hurts to breath lay back. Pericarditis is when the thin lining around the heart becomes inflamed and filled with fluid. Its hard to treat, very painful and can cause heart failure.
This has helped my anxiety and insomnia in every way. My new way of life is through meditation, such a deep connection to oneself which leads to healing and calmness. Than you~~
I feel broken, I can’t stop thinking about past experiences every night it haunts my soul, I’ve lost touch of everything that made me happy and me things don’t feel real anymore. the happiness, freedom and peace I once felt is gone

I used to stay awake all night to thinking about my past and it finally went away when I asked god to forgive me for my sins and forgave those that hurt me, maybe try doing that too. It felt like a million bricks lifted of my shoulders. It sucks how a horrible past can cause us such pain, regret, anger, frustration, insomnia and anxiety. Turn to god I’m so glad I did.
