Southwest is such a kind airline unlike one of its competitors which is the airline with a yellow livery and has a massive fleet of a320 family aircraft (won’t say the name out of respect) who lost my bag and when I got it back 2 of the wheels were broken off the suitcase, and when we complained about it, they said it wasn’t their problem to deal with even though they’re the ones that caused the damage to my suitcase and the worst part was that I had the return flight a few days later with 2 stopovers and pulling my suitcase through the airports with no wheels on it was very hard work. So the airline broke the law (because they damaged my suitcase without apologising or replacing it) and my suitcase
I do have to say as a former Veteran Southwest is Awesome when it comes to taking care of Veterans both past and present along with current troops regardless of Branch! That said there is a Story I would like to share on here but not sure how to go about it! Take care and Merry Christmas to you and your families.
I have elite status on United for many years, mainly because I fly international. Yes there are some nice flight attendants on United but every since the Continental merger, it seems to have gone down hill. I recall boarding 2 years ago with another elite member and we were both lamenting on the direction United was going. I will never forget his response "I have no expectations of being fawned over, I just don't want them to be mean to me". Wow, he said it all about United and that is what it has come to. The negative publicity United has had since that day two years ago comes as little surprise.
So blessed to have worked with folks like this in two different uniforms. Well done!
