I'm a keyboard player, and I would love to play Pachelbel's Canon on an organ, but I would have to practice doing the foot pedals since I don't normally play that. I could figure out the foot part, because the layout is the same as a piano keyboard, but it's just something I'd have to work on. I would also love to play "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring," as I had it as a piano piece as a kid and it still catches my fancy.
