No the Viper ACR is the best Exotic car. The Diablo is the best Lamborghini and the best available car for this event. The Diablo actually is the 5th best car in Exotic.

@@HeroManNick132 Thanks, I thought that maybe some other factors like handling will affect the ranking but it seems top speed is by far the most important thing. Its probably different for the cop cars.

@@G_Moos Overall everything matters for 1 car to be the best - acceleration, nos, handling. Some cars are very weak like the Evo.
Have you ever Reached 400kph in a Super or Exotic class car before
911 speedster in super class reaches 399kmph and diablo reached 397 kmph before
