Spot on! If I recall correctly you could ride a 650 on a provisional with a sidecar so bypassing the lower CC limit and saving going up from a Bantam to a Gold Star just throw the chair in the bin.

Yeah I agree, Graffiti is a scourge and should be banned and I'm an artist but condemn Graffiti as it totally wrecks the visual beauty of a city.
