I never ride in the rain any more (I'm a fair weather only, knee down type biker now), but if I did I certainly look into Kriega kit after seeing that excellent appraisal of their very impressive wares. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you Mr Wildlife Moto. I've really enjoyed your vids this year, and I'm looking forward to seeing more from you in 2021. Cheers Mucker.
Great review of quality equipment! I like your setup for both bikes & you have the option of sizing up or down in volume. 1 question regarding your beautiful Interceptor, with your US30 & US10 fitted on top, does it lighten the front end feel of the bike when loaded? Thanks again!👌🏍
Thanks Steve, glad you found the review helpful. Any heavy load on the back of the bike will naturally lighten the front end, however the RE weighs over 205KG so it's not a major problem. I've used the same loadout on much lighter bikes (my WR520R 135kg) and that was a bit sketchy at times. I remember going to over-take a car and pulling the worlds biggest wheelie by accident, the guy thought I was a right nutter as I shot past him with my number plate scraping on the road.
@@WildlifeMoto that’s too funny!😂😂 thanks for your reply! Appreciate the time to do this. I forget that the RE is heavier than it looks. so you have the 5 & 20 as a combo, right?
@@stevesanelli90 I've got a 30 and 20 which can be used together as a 50 (when stacked). For day trips, I just use the 5. Weekends can be either the 20 or 30 alone. I don't have a 10.
G'day mate, I bought the us5 and us30. I am having trouble with the us5 straps being to short. The only way I can fit it is the bag is empty or the frame loops being very loose. Any advice would be much appreciated. And yes both straps are fully extended. Kind regards James
G'day mate. I really didn't expect a reply, so thanks for that. I have bought the OS straps ( which are much longer ) for the bags. Now the frame loops can be nice and tight. 👍They are for the RE interceptor. I really enjoy watching your videos bro. All the best and take care 🤙🏍
Tough call. The 20l can roll up a bit smaller but obviously the 10l won’t get any bigger. What I will say is these bags need to be quite full to stop them moving around. I skipped the 10 and got the 5 for daily riding and the 20l for short trips.
@@WildlifeMoto Thanks for the quick reply! I did try my friends 10L so im quite impressed you chose the 5L for daily trips. I think 10L was perfect for camera gear, keys, etcetera. I chose to order the 20L and I hope you can compress it enough to make it look small when its not full. Cheers!
Is there enough space on the seat to put the US5 on and still be able to sit on the bike without it limiting you as to how you sit on the bike as a rider?
@@WildlifeMoto Thanks for that, I might just risk the 30, I’ve looked at the dimensions and it’s approx 1.5 inches larger overall. As the actress said to the bishop, the extra inch and a half does make a difference, I will let you know if it does ! Cheers.
Hi, it’s on, unfortunately I haven’t been for a ride with it yet. My plan is to carry it empty, then when I arrive at say Scarborough, I can put some of my kit in it when I walk around. It will take an open face helmet but not my full face, which is fine when it’s hot. I’m going to put a small bungee on it using the loops, so it doesn’t work loose when empty. It actually looks like it’s going to be ok to ride with when full, as it sits nicely on the Aprilia pillion. I’ll let you know when I’ve tested it practically, Regards

Thank you mate. Appreciate the support! Happy Christmas to you too. Bring on 2021 - the only way is up!
Well, your next step is to become a knee down rider in the rain :p
Honestly think Kriega are the best on the market full stop .
Been using it for years and it’s never let me down .
Worth every penny
I would agree with that. All my Kreiga stuff has lasted years and years.
I’ve got the Kriega. Pricey but does an excellent job. 👍
Nice! Yes not cheap but will probably last a lifetime.
Very useful information, looking to luggage up my interceptor ready for short breaks. Thanks for your efforts with the channel.
Cheers J. Likewise, I’m looking forward to taking this bike on a couple of trips next year (fingers crossed).
Brilliant vid, really informative and useful, cheers!
Thanks mate. Glad it a was helpful
You did a good review. Thanks.

@@WildlifeMoto thanks for explaining this. I thought it was a 10 & 30 originally 🤦♂️
these look perfect. Do the saddlebag options not fit on the RE?
I've not tried them, maybe I will soon.
Thanks for that , Very usefull
Cheers Chris

On the Tuono?

Do you recommend the US-10 or US-20 to buy first? Im thinking to go bigger directly, but not sure if I need 20L on shorter trips?

Buy the 20. They fold pretty tight so better to buy the 20 and squish it rather than the smaller one.
My thoughts.

Yes, it just sits over the pillion pad. You won't notice it.
Really loved this. Any idea if they ship to India?
I think they ship globally. Best to check with them.
LABs is a store in Mumbai that has official dealership. I bought a second Kriega from them. You will find them on Google.
Where can i find the universal loop system you use for the interceptor?
It looks like he's using the Subframe Loop Set located in the spares/accessories section on the Kriega website
Correct. The universal loops come with the bags.
Hi, is the 30 too big for the Tuono,
Colin
Might be pushing it as it only has a small seat to sit on. I've not tried it though. The 20 is fine.
