    1.How to route the virtual agent on going call to real agent with all the virtual agent and user conversation ? Is there is any console in Google cloud platform for real agent monitoring with insight ....2.how to get all the conversation of user and virtual agent to show off while transfer call to real agent in dailogflow phone gateway,3.then how to route chat from virutal agent to real agent with privious conversation and if real agent give reply it will recive by user ....
