Speed he got out would suggest not, obviously felt he was break checked and wanted to return the favour/remonstrate with 4x4 driver (or something earlier went on). Crash for cash will usually sit there holding ther neck and force fire brigade to remove roof, looks better in court for compo.
I'v e lived in and around Rotherham and Sheffield all my life to date (66 years). I tend to look more at *where* thee incidents occur than what actually happens. I still drive cars and ride motorbikes, so it's handy to know where the idiots hang out. 7:00 In my opinion that junction should have been made one way years ago. The blue Fiesta, of your own video is clear enough, was it FP10 AYO? Just yesterday I had her up my rear end, acting aggressive for me following the speed limit, and deciding that me pulling over for an ambulance to get through wasn't good enough for her (I believe it was a black woman, but not too certain). any idea what the white labels are even for?

I know council use blue fiesta's and have done for years. I've not seen the white oval logo before, but as you said, its probably city carers. I've even seen in the S9 dash cammer, he had a weird moment with a blue Fiesta, and a black woman (looked like a nurse uniform) confronted him for clicking the save button the dashcam. I checked his video to see if it was the same car, which it wasn't.....however, it could be the same woman, different car....
I wouldn't have put any clip being used by police for at least 6mths, myself. If a defendant were to claim that because a juror/magistrate might have already seen the video before it was presented in Court and formed an opinion on guilt, the evidence could be deemed inadmissable and a guilty person thus go unpunished. Just a thought...

nekuth white stickers are to say it is a car belonging to Sheffield city council and is being driven by a home care assistant going from job to job.
