Kreem puff - vanilla and milky taste. Uses wire whisk, lighter, and micro-foam like consistency. This is put on top of milk tea drinks as a floater but you can also use this as walling. Just lessen the amount of water to achieve a heavier consistency.
Cream Cheese - creamy and salty taste like rock salt cheese. Uses hand mixer, heavier, and thicker consistency
