It is amazing, I totally agree. But it did not take 41 years, but thousands of generations of knowledge. This is and much much more are possible in a free market, but in this case the money is spent by a totalitarian, hence not very efficient, as others will out compete the hight. these fireworks are probably best in the world but at 2:48 if you looked at the building at that moment from where the camera is and did not know it was fireworks, you would've shit your self no doubt....
