Amati Chinese Junk ep06

I had a lot of trouble with the cannons on the junk. I took a lot of blind alley detours and ended up taking a major shortcut. But this is a fun build and I am not going to punish myself for taking those shortcuts. I also had to record the narration in a hurry so I mispronounced a couple of words.
