Parker, started and grandpa taught him correct. Its amazing Parker listened and learned. Now days that is unheard of. Now look at whete he is at because of it all.
Didn’t manage to watch this season, and just saw the clip where rocksand is brought in to replace big red, and I’m so happy big red was brought back in and the 3 plants running together. I hope he keeps big red just chugging along, as it’s been his first plant to battle with the big guns and has by far made him the most money
Glad he's doing well but a 15 year old should never be telling a 55 year old man what to do ever. That's what happens when your spoiled grandson takes over the company though.
Its stupid how they make it look like parker just walked into this guys office, gave him a check and he owned his business in less then 24hrs. As a business owner i understand how the process works. Parker didnt write this guy a check from his check book and hand it to him. Their were investors involved, tons of legistical work, closing, transfers of assests, permits and titles. This was a vary long process. I wish they showed more of that sort of raw footage. But it by no means is like buying a new truck where u just hand him his check and he leaves. Normally the previous owner hangs around for awhile to to insure smooth transition.
A bunch of 50 year old embittered drunks don't want to take orders from a 16 year old. Well, I guess it's attitudes like that have left them where they are in their advanced years. If they don't like taking orders, maybe they should have spent more time learning their trade and less time on a bar stool.

Parker: "So how's this gonna work?"
Dean: "I'm gonna get my toothbrush and leave."
