The Rex VX Supercharged is a little Kei-car made by Subaru back in the 90's. They probably took it out because there was enough of them (like the Alto Works and so on) already in the game.
One really has to wonder why all these were left in the game's code. With a little bit more polish, they may have been able to make getting to 100% achievable.
@vikingfortiesfaeroes the reason u couldnt get 100% was because originaly they had a drag race (which is what the dragster from the test track race) but they deleted that race and forgot to remove if from the % achieved, theres actually a bug in arcade mode in laguna seca i think where you can go off the track and go to the drag racing track :D

The Skyline at 0:41 is called "Delete"! same thing at the RX-7 at 2:09,the C-class at 2:30,the REX at 3:50 and the Accord at 4:51! maybe because they'r deleted!

The Ford Gt i knew that that Mark III but i don't know how to obtained it. The Acura NSX is buy that car and then put them the racing car modification. The Mugen Acoord i don't konw. The Primera i don't konw how to obtained it, still this car, if you buy the Nissan Primera of 1998 you can have this with racing modifications like others BTCC cars.

nice to see, that they added notes "delete" as a car name. Its obvious what was the meaning of that.
