@@antonipod that is an easy fix. They've seen what a good tab cover is from Samsung and Apple. They just have to commit themselves to design them and start the production. They are not starting from 0, they can learn from other companies. Just because they're inexperienced doesn't mean they will fail.

It is just with certain apps where there could be lag (maybe a bug with WeChat), I don't see why it should lag in social media apps when it can run Poppy Playtime chapter 2 at max settings with a stable 120fps🤣. But if you are talking about the display locking to 60hz in some apps, UA-cam is one, and with 60hz its touch sampling rate also goes down (but thanks to a bug it can be unlocked to 120hz). Dimensity 8100's GPU is strong enough to handle everyday tasks well, and its CPU is definitely good enough to not lag in the os. It is a decent phone, but if you want good photos out of it then you likely will be disappointed (low light photos are either noisy with high iso or very vulnerable to hand movement at lower iso, even though OIS do help).
Xiaomi needs to refine MIUI. It was better before, now it's to heavy and not so smooth. It needs to improve integration between devices in its ecosystem, smartphone, laptop, watch, etc... Then it would be amazing.

I think it's more for like normal use and for pen there are some universal pen.
