This is extremely beautiful! I think this was not just a house but a religious shrine, maybe some place where a single monk lived or something like that. It looks like the perfect place for something like that, and additionally: I do not think that people would have gone to such lengths to make all the stairs and railings and bridges up to that very remote place if it was not something they did for religious reasons.
Though I am not religious I really hope that somebody puts a roof on that house again. If I lived there, I would try to do that, just to preserve it, the house and the statue and the place as a whole.

Just amazing. You guys got big ballz to climb up such a high steep trecherous formation. There seems to be many high altitude structures like this in China & Asia. I wonder what possess people to go build in such near impossible places ? I wonder if in general Chinese people arent scared of heights.
Base on what I found roaming around the internet people who can do such things is taoist hermits or monks who have the capacity to do this feats when they reached a higher level of internal cultivation in there practices just like you see in some martial arts movie or fantasy doing the supernatural stuff like jumping around the trees or straight up levitating using there internal energy inside there Bodies also using that energy to perform more like superhuman strength and spells
I mean why would a normal person do this btw ofcourse that person will not be normal in some ways that make it possible
