18/20 - some of the questions are really interesting. You got me on the meaning of Thai and, shamefully, on the thematic map, i thought the latter was a trick question. Well done, keep it up!
Nice quiz. Well presented (there was no obtrusive sound). Easy, except for some questions where I had to guess. If like people here say there shouldn't be questions about state capitals, then I would ask for there not to be questions about movies. (How would I know from which African country the sky was filmed?)
17/20. Having grown up in the neighbouring town called Wengen, I have to correct the name of the mountain with the difficult north face: It is called "Eiger", not "Elger".
Being taught in the public school system of Philadelphia I knew then as I know now it was deplorable the only thing I can say is thank God I'm not a gambling man !
Question 5 is not correct. I have a similar question in my trivia game; while the Mariana Trench is the deepest trench, Challenger Deep is the deepest point within the Mariana Trench.
Question about the continents is not correct. Europa and Asia are not the continents, they are the Parts of the World. Eurasia is a continent, which includes two Parts of the World! The same issue with America. It is a Part of the World which includes two continents: Northern America & Southern America!
In number 15, I think you mean the Eiger.
Costa Rica, not Rico. Got it right the 2nd time.
