I completely agree and wish more people understood it's normal to feel lonely at times during life.i wish the ones of us that know this is a fundamental truth would spread the word also that there's nothing wrong with you if u are alone or just feeling lonely and that thinking there's something wrong with you is furthest from the truth
Actually being alone at different times is usually the universe giving us a wake up call that we need alone time for one some ready. Usually to reflect on ourselves or just need to pamper us in a selfish way. I wish someone had told me yrs ago when I was young that just becuz I didn't have a bunch of friends and family around me didn't mean anything was wrong with me or my life. But that's normal and needed for me to balance my needs in a selfish way so I wouldn't get taken away with the needs of others. To many people think their self worth depends on how many friends they have. I did for a long long time and what a wasted bunch of yrs I spent not understanding my own self worth on my true nature and purpose. Time alone is absolutely a necessity and will happen in life and please just learn to appreciate this time. Learn to fall in love with your own company!! If u can't how can u expect anyone else too? Get to know yourself and respect yourself so the the rest of the world will do the same also. Good luck

I’ve been taking this for a very short amount of time however the recommended intake is 4 days on, 2 days off for a month, then take 2 weeks break. DO NOT CONSUME IF you have too much iron in your blood or if you have high blood pressure. My skin became clearer, I had almost too much energy. I weigh little and I’m only 4ft 11 so I take half a pea amount. At first I wasn’t used to this so after taking this for 4 days I struggled to sleep at first at night because I had too much energy with this. I had more motivation and clear focus (helpful for me personally as I have ADHD)
I also have anemia so shilajit has really helped me not feel dizzy when standing up.

I'm 42, and I take the liquid form. 5 drops onto a spoon, and mixed with my coffee (black coffee) every morning, once a day. The black coffee actually masks the harsh taste of the Shilajit very well. Going 4 weeks now and the results are incredible! I have just started taking sea moss as well in my daily nutrition (pill form) and hoping to see great results with both supplements within the next week or two.

The fact about shilajit is that it's a lot more than just a natural energy supplement. it works wonders when you suffer from internal injuries because of accidents. my mom used to give me shilajit whenever i had sports related injury as a child. Recently, a close relative of mine had a serious accident where doctors said that it would take really long for him to walk. But thanks to shilajit that his mom keeps on giving him, his recovery has been much faster that even the doctors are impressed.

Thank you for the review. Yes the feeling is subtle yet definite. Shilajit should not be heated up as it destroys the goodness. The easiest way is to put to the side 100 mls of warm water not hot. Scoop no more than a pea sized amount of Shilajit in the water on the spoon and leave it to gently dissolve off the spoon.
Do not take more than a pea sized amount a day as it is very powerful. Also use a tiny spoon that is rounded so it scoops more easily. Look up Dr Barbara O’Neill to reed the benefits. Never hot water, only warm to keep the nutrients safe.

Honey is a good natural sugar and it tastes great together in my personal opinion. Next you can also use in your warm to hot coffee or tea. Last you can also take it in a warm to hot cup of milk. I was diagnosed with severe rheumatoid arthritis and was taking humira injections however the side effect of that was lowered testosterone thus fatigue, but then started using shilajit, and I was then able to stop using the humira since shilajit has so far put the arthritis in a holding pattern and by that I mean it stopped the flare ups, the agonizing pain and swelling along with energy and increased libido. I can't say for definite, but it's the only thing I can think of that's holding the disease in a remission state. Every now and then, I'll get a mild flare-up once in awhile, but that's few and far between. And then I'll take one 15 mg prednisone and meloxicam as a boost. So, the only thing I've changed in my routine is dropping the humira and reducing the prednisone to once a month and taking aswaganda shilajit capsules every day. I'm 59 and almost back to my normal self.

I finally caved and bought it and omg i was not counting on the smell and taste. I too plug my nose im on day two and i plan to finish it as it was expensive but given the small amount i guess its not bad thank you for your review i hope i get energy and focus.❤
