Tintin Shark Submarine Statue by Moulinsart

Rough look at Moulinsart Shark Submarine limited edition model with some other Tintin collectables too inc. plastoy figurines, mugs and chocolate tin. I have to edit properly, but posted as couldn't find any videos on this before I purchased. Bought from Big Bad Toy Store 2014. It's approx 17 inches long (thats what she said).

Its a she, Munckin...rescued her and kittens from a ditch she'd made a nest in to have babies, it was going to be flooded by an incoming storm.

Thanks, we have two more too, but they don't get on, so we have to seperate them, its like the changing of the guard in the house everyday. Hopefully will put out more Tintin stuff videos soon, have a lot of goodies to review.

Thank you :-) yes they are cute, Mother and daughter, rescued from a ditch in a storm, now indoor cats, they probably wondered why the shark was getting all the attention, they like to stand infront of the tv too if we watch it too much.

+Jorge arranz Cheers for the comment, yeah I thought I'd put my Asterix t-shirt on for this, got it near Notre Dame in Paris early 2000's, was in Paris last year (2015) and no Asterix t-shirts! So, I treasure this one, did see the Tintin Boutique though, have video, will maybe post sometime. I managed to get the Broken Ear statue but haven't unboxed it yet, will upload a video when I do. Looking forward to Brussels next time in Europe, have been to Belgium a few times but never seen the Tintin museum and exhibition, and of course a drive down into France to see Marlinspike Hall....gonna be good :-) Take care.

Thanks, hope it helped in your decision to make a purchase. I was lucky enough to get it on sale, although still very expensive, but these are very well made, desirable and will hold in value. Looking forward to more especially the Rocket and Arumbaya statues.

I think I got mine for $150-200, I think I've seen them up around $600-700 though (too much for me, very well made though, every Moulinsart piece I've seen)
