      Hello! I know you posted this a month ago but I just wanted to share what I do incase it can help you:
      Splash your face with cold water. I do this during panic attacks and it really does work, nurses and docs do it all the time for patients with 200+ heart rates. Also if you vape, smoke weed, drink a lot of caffeinated drinks etc. that will all increase your heart rate, so avoid that. Regular meditation can help lower stress and anxiety, but not everyone, of course every body is different.
