Ever see Katie in hers from Beauty Boutique? She’s from England and is a makeup artist. She sells her favorites & shows you all kinds of techniques. Right! Definitely really fun to play with!
Smaller, thinner sections, higher setting, and longer hold time bfr moving it will give the best results for straight hair, that doesn't hold well with a standard curling iron. My favorite setting is 4, gives the best curl, less time than using standard curling iron, and better curl than hot rollers/sticks.

Old like you?? Oh dear Lord I’m in big trouble!! 😂 I can see the subtle difference in the waves. I’m a senior lady but I have poker straight thin fine hair. I need something to help me have a little style fast & easy without using my curling iron. My granddaughter told me about this. I ordered thru Target and anxious to try. Me either my hair is so straight it’s hard to hold a style. So realize this is helpful to us older gals too. Thanks much!

I got this during Black Friday today. It's at Ulta for a good deal. I had their first waver and loved it until it died. Thanks for this video. I think I made a good purchase.
Also, your hair typically holds curl better the day after you wash it. And if you spray it with a light hairspray before using hot tools, it should hold the curl more. I also have fine hair that doesn't hold heat styles.

I used this tool a lot, you are using way too big sections. At the very least do the very top of your head separate and pull the hair straight up and you don't get the flat top
