I took it as more that, as the leader he was probably in the most contact with the company regarding how the band is run and problems or matters to be handled. And therefore, knowing the difficulties the company was having and his personality, probably put a lot of pressure on himself to support both the members and the people who worked with them. He likely didn’t want to fail the , especially the CEO who was the one whole picked him originally. As I said, I don’t think it was meant to be dismissive to the CEO(who I respect a lot), but as the leader responsibility would have been put on him to lead/represent the company in the industry

I want to start out by saying that Namjoon is my bias and that I love to listen to him talk or sing or rap. His words are often comforting and he always seems so humble and kind, but also someone it wouldn’t be awkward having a conversation with. I love to see the members praising him but I can only imagine how hard his position must be. To be the in-between for so many things (members, ARMY, company, media, etc) is never an easy position. That they praise him so often shows that he has navigated the tricky circumstance of being sometimes friend/brother and also a coworker. It can take a lot to keep respect and trust over years in that situation. I once saw a post of someone wanting to combine BTS, TXT, and enhyphen to form 3 new groups and roles (it was meant in fun). But that person put Yoongi as leader and RM as just a member. My comment on the video was that Yoongi often one of the first members to praise Namjoon for his leadership. He knows it’s not easy, and likely given his social anxiety, not something we would be comfortable doing. I think that’s what makes them the perfect team

I think that we all agree that Jeon Jungkook is now officially the leader of the Namjoon fan club. I love how Jungkook is like a small child standing in front of their idol whenever he's around Namjoon like it's just so adorable and it properly highlights just how much of an importance Namjoon is. If it wasn't for him Jungkook wouldn't have joined BigHit, the group wouldn't have been as successful as they are now with battling against problems. Like we always see the cute and clumsy side of Namjoon but when he's serious and in that headspace of calmness it's when you see the leader that carried most of the weight of the group since even before their debut.

With everything that bts have been through, I can’t even imagine how hard it must’ve been for him at times. The leader bears sm responsibility that he can’t simply give up on when things get hard. (That’s not to say the other member can or would do that. But the leader has some responsibilities that the other members don’t have.) I want to start out by saying that Namjoon is my bias and that I love to listen to him talk or sing or rap. His words are often comforting and he always seems so humble and kind, but also someone it wouldn’t be awkward having a conversation with. I love to see the members praising him but I can only imagine how hard his position must be. To be the in-between for so many things (members, ARMY, company, media, etc) is never an easy position. That they praise him so often shows that he has navigated the tricky circumstance of being sometimes friend/brother and also a coworker. It can take a lot to keep respect and trust over years in that situation.
I once saw a post of someone wanting to combine BTS, TXT, and enhyphen to form 3 new groups and roles (it was meant in fun). But that person put Yoongi as leader and RM as just a member. My comment on the video was that Yoongi often one of the first members to praise Namjoon for his leadership. He knows it’s not easy, and likely given his social anxiety, not something we would be comfortable doing. I think that’s what makes them the perfect team
