Before you started talking about wearing it on your neck I was thinking I would definitely probably have to put it closer to my neck. With the heat index here some days it’s 115° Thank you for sharing.
Do this device actually blow cold air out or hot air. In my opinion it should be a little mini AC to keep you cool during the summer months. If it 100° outside this device should keep you at a temperature around 70° degrees.

I have never seen one of these before. Over here in the UK we are having another few hot days (2 or 3) and everyone is loving it whilst the media is going into hyper-fear mode. This would be useful on the few very hot days that we get.

That fan is weak. The front vent is a bad design. It should be bottom to top pass through. Lecone makes a much stronger one with a bigger battery
