A question is, wen u place your potter fitter filled with coffee in a group head and you don't extract with in that time doesn't that coffee get bunt or changing the arroma ?
Do you have a video about brewing ratio? If the ratio is 1:2, how should I know if the water is 2 not 1 or 3? I'm still confuse how many grams of water will come out in the machine or you calibrate it or is it the time of extraction? Can anyone help me.
1:2 means multiple each gram of coffee to 2pm of water example if you are using 18gm coffee multiple by 2 and get 36 so when measuring your coffee it until 36 that is how you get the amount of water
awesome video!! question: given how light the roasts are at new wave coffee shops, isn't it true that a single shot would simply not have enough water to extract all the flavor out of the light roast? i guess the ratio is lower of course, but if all a person wants is that amount of liquid, why not order a ristretto? Well, i guess answering that question someone might say, "the roasts are too light for a ristretto"...am i crazy? ive just never seen or heard of anyone drinking a "single shot" of espresso, so the whole "double shot" kind of becomes a misnomer, because it's not double of anything that people actually order or serve (at least in my experience). thanks for listening to my ramblings! I hope i made some sense...idk it just seems that "double espresso" is kind of a meaningless term if you think about the quesiton "double of what?"

It’s gets bunt and more longer it stays it will led to over extraction
We are using Brazil chocolaty flavor beans for hot coffee with the 20 gram coffee within 28 second 36 ml water is it ok or not

You need to measure the amount of water as as you brew

Amen thank you 😊
What are the ratio between coffee:water to all the drinks
I have mentioned during the video ristretto 1-1(18 =18) single espresso 1-2(18=36in 2cups )double espresso 1-2(18=36 in one cup) Lungo 1-3(18=54)
