@@Atrocitylol69 I think you're confusing Japan with Korea, JP hasn't done anything of significance in League of Legends. That said first it was the Brazilian reign of dominance, seems that the boom of popularity of skating in Japan along with social media and more accessibility of skateparks has finally fathered some 'prodigal' children.

It doesn't matter what it is, Japan will murder it. They have it in their blood and their culture to be great if they're going to do anything at all.
There's a saying in Japan that says "everyone can sing".
Not that everyone is pro at singing per se, but to them if you don't at least learn to hold a tune then you've failed to try hard enough until you were able.
I think we all know that some people really can't sing or really suck at it, but in Japan that's not allowed 🤣

I think it’s that and the lack of serious distractions (talking about home, the US). Drug use is low, don’t have to worry about getting assaulted/shot, you can pretty much trust the service industry to at least try to do their work properly, etc. There are problems too, but they seem minor in comparison, and I’m a happy expatriate.

@@isee7668 but he's right tho. Contests are whack it's impossible to put numbers on someone's skating then say someone is "the best" this isn't baseball there's no points.
And on top of it, these 13 yr old prodigy kids look like shit, NO STYLE all dropping the same half dozen tricks. Just stop yo. 4 real.
Street will always be far superior and more entertaining.
How many companies showcase park skating in video parts? Lol don't worry I'll wait bro.
