  • Use position markers and cycle markers to quickly annotate, and navigate your project. Additionally, use cycle markers to batch export many regions at one.

I use these, but hadn't realised that you could enter the description in the upper left box...doh!! ........I'd been using the ctrl + M to open the marker panel and then name them. Thanks for that, it'll save me even more time :-).
I love this new feature in Cubase! The ability to have multiple marker tracks is a real time saver on large projects.
I recently provided the dub mix on a documentary, which needed cue points for the interviews, the music and the sound design. The flexibility of being able to select between the various cues on a folder by folder basis (in my case, I set up folders for similar cues) is great.
The Zoom function is handy too. When you want to see a small clip fill the screen, or on larger projects, when you very quickly run out of screen 'real estate'.
    Cheers!

Thanks for explaining this so efficiently. I want to use cycle markers to delineate the different parts of a song so I know where I am at any given point. I imagine the process is the same for that? Voice over work must be fun to do.

Great video, very easy to follow. One question - why have 2 marker tracks? I'm not sure I totally get it..

Hi there, thanks for the comment. Glad you enjoyed the video. Using two marker tracks is useful in larger projects; you could, for example, have marker tracks only for the vocal sections, and another if you had say, a horn section with lots of small audio sections.

Thank you for great explainer video. but there is no screen for cycle marker in exporting tab. I am using cubase 7.5 but Nuendo 6 does. Which version of cubase do you using in this video?

Hi, glad you enjoyed the video. I really should say what version of Cubase I am using when I make these videos - thanks for bringing it to my attention. I believe this video was in version 9 Pro.
