Garret has a very good voice and musicality. He dont have that super powerful voice but he carries it thru techniques and vocal acrobatics. Very good job! 👏🏻👏🏻

He got that range of his vocal that did not pressure him to execute a powerful voice when he's singing. That is what Christian didn't technically understand...
He has undeniably great vocal techniques and musicality. But he lacks that distinct tone or style that could have set him apart among the many many great singers in the industry. He's good only for this competition, he could even win this.
He may not be the champion but he indeed has the talent to suceed, he has the charisma, how I love his smile and the look in his eyes as he connects to the audience thru the camera. He will go far. Congratulations for always giving your best!

His voice is world class. Here abroad they prefer this kind of voice sa totoo lang. He control his high notes in a way na masarap sa taynga. I listen to a lot of Filipino singers and most of them are heating high note na sobrang hirit. Masakit sa Taynga. sa sobrang taas ng boses nila. But this guy got amazing voice and got the XFactor. This is actually my first time to comment here, I just can't control what I feel with Christian Bautista's opinion to Garett's performance. For me it was a very risk-taking yet a perfect performance with all the runs of the song including its transpositions. Pansin ko lang sa comments lagi ni Christian Bautista kahit sa ibang contenders, it seems na lagi siyang may negative comments na para bang intimidated siya. Lani, who is world-known ay napaka-gracious sa little mistakes, who is he?? Even Regine liked it so much!! I would rather choose Garett nga kesa sa kanya. Tsk. #Gigil
