Cool tutorial, Marlon (meende ik als naam te verstaan). That delayloop-function is something I did not encounter earlier, seems like an interesting feature. Thank you!
Now for free with any purchase at Plugin Boutique (offer ends 31st May 2021). Nice delay, but I think it sounds a bit clean. I prefer a little more character like the noisier and grittier sound of early BBD delays (Native Instruments Replika XT and Fuse Audio Labs Bucket-500 for example).
Yup, for free now for a period of time. Grab it while you can. It's cleaner then true tape style dub delays, i agree. But a bit of gritcan be added easily with a different plugin IMO. And it's nice to have a clean one next to dirty ones. More tools - more fun ;-)
I imagine Glitchmachines Subvert would be great for adding some texture to it. iZotope Vinyl too. The cool thing about having clean sounds is that you can add whatever character you want to it using other plugins.
Not bad for $39. I get along fine with old 32-bit freebies like The Interruptor's Bionic Supa Delay, VOS' NastyDLA Mk II, or arcdev's ET-301.. with xoxos' spring reverb on a send, I'm as dubby as I wanna be ;) My favorite recent retro-emu payware has to be Audiority's PlexiTape; there have been other software attempts at the Echoplex, but, to my ears, PlexiTape's the first to really nail it.
Hey Jai! yeah those older 32bit plugins will probably be phased out in the near future and can't be used without a wrapper in modern DAW, which is a shame. Audio Damage doesn't specify which old tape delays they have emulated, so it could be the Echoplex, or all the Roland ones, or maybe the Korg or Pearl ones? I judged the plugin on it's own merits and how it sounds, and it sound good to me :-)
Hey Aaron! If you use dubstation on a stereo track or stereo send and enable dual delay mode then, by default, delay 1 will be the left channel and delay 2 the right channel. Enabling pingpong will ping pong both across the stereo spectrum. And of course this only works on stereo tracks or stereo sends :-) If this is what you wanted to know then: cool! Otherwise please explain a bit more :-)

Excellent tutorial that doesn't go on for 3 hours! Subbed!
Many thanks for the sub!!
Great overview. I like that you used the right kind of content to demo the strength of the tool. Great stuff!
It's called dubstation, so i thought a little dub inspired track would be fitting ;-)
Thanks for the demonstration.
And thank you for watching!
Good review thank you!

ET-301 is a miracoulous forgotten gem, sound dirty af
Is it just a delay?
Thanks man! 💪🏼Great Video 🤘👍🏻
And thank you for watching!
Can you select or route each delay to the left or right??? Thanks
