@Jacob Calamunci I am not a Spike x Rarity shipper. Not because I have anything really against that pairing, but because I think it's more puppy love. I think Spike just thinks he loves Rarity because she's very pretty, but at his age, he has nothing to compare his emotions to. He literally does not know what love is. I wouldn't be so quick to assume they'd be a match. On top of that, Rarity seems to view Spike more as a little brother than anything else. I don't doubt she cares for him, even for a second, but I see it as an "I love you, but I'm not IN love with you" kinda thing. Besides, as Spike grows, I'm trying to imagine how that will even work. Size difference and all. O_o

Here's what actually happened to the mane 6 and other characters: The School of Friendship has Starlight as headmare, Sunburst as vice-headstallion and Trixie as Guidance Consouler. Among others, Silverstream, Ocellus and Smolder are now teachers there. Applejack is living on the farm with Big Macintosh, his wife Sugar Belle and a nephew who we don't know the name of. Her sister, Apple Bloom, does have her cutie mark but is working at the Friendship School. Rainbow Dash is implied to live nearby to help out on occasion as well. The Apple Family's dog Winona has left behind descendants after her passing, and Granny Smith and Goldie Delicious have passed on. It's also implied that Apple Rose, Apple Sauce and Grand Pear had passed on as well. Rarity has opened many different boutiques across the nation and even beyond, even catering to non-ponies. She also has a grey streak in her hair, indicating she has aged gracefully on the inside. She has hired Young Six students Sandbar and Yona to help her at the boutique in Ponyville, (and it's implied Sandbar and Yona are together). Her sister Sweetie Belle is also part of the Friendship School teacher staff. Fluttershy is working at her sanctuary with Discord's help, managing to expand it to his dimension. They are living together. Angel's descendants are also seen. Rainbow Dash... well, you're on point with her and running the Wonderbolts as captain. Scootaloo is also one of the Friendship School teachers. Pinkie Pie has become the planner of Canterlot's galas and is married to Cheese Sandwich with a foal of her own: Lil Cheese. Gummy has also grown a lot, and even the Cake Twins are minding the bakery now. Twilight Sparkle is now the Ruler of Equestria living in Canterlot, taking over from *Celestia and Luna themselves* , with Spike as her friendship ambassador, and another Friendship student of her time, Gallus, as captain of the Royal Guard. Twilight has indeed taken on a student of her own, but she's the same age as the Mane 6 back in the main part of the series. Twilight sends her student, Luster Dawn, to Ponyville to make some friends of her own: A Kirn, A Yak, a Griffon and another pony. Not only that, Twilight has established a Friendship Council with her friends to meet up once a month. After the most beautiful song in the entire series, we pan upwards to the book from the first episode of MLP, on the last page with a shot of the mane 6 and Spike as the book finally closes with the word "fin" written on the page.
Oh oh oh how about twilight is doing the whole "how I met your mother" thing where everything we see through out the seasons was actually her telling this filly all about her life. Interesting hu?

cannedcream, we think a lot alike, but I never thought about the possibility for pinkie to became mayor o.O really, this idea is stunning. I thought she would run some kindergarten but THIS is waay better. by the way, I hypothesized the possibility for the S5 to have lesser mane 6 and more... CMC stuff maybe? a transition season, where we see firendship princess & co. dealing with problems but also becaming more beackground ponies, passing the baton of this G4 to other mane, like the CMC maybe. I frankly don't like them... right now, but I believe they could be a very nice mane 3 (or more?) for the future. I find in them a lot of good potential. for example I see very likely that applebloom becames zecora's apprentice. for the other 2 I have no idea anyway.
they will spend less time like they use to,they will be a little bit older, Raritys boutique will be a sensation, applejack will run sweet apple acres (applebloom will now have her cutiemark with her other friends.) Twilight will might be the new ruler the equestria with luna and cadence, fluttershy will still take care of her animals or become a doctor, pinkie pie will become a famous party planner, rainbow dash will be a wonderbolt.
I think that idea is great! though mlp FIM is over, they could make a MLP (the instead of Fim something else!) Which has to do with applejacks kid, raritys kid, and rainbow dashes kid. It will starts about 3 years after FIM ended. It will not have anything related to FIM, but at some points they will talk about there old friends. Heck they could even have it tied to FIM! All of there kids (except for twilight she doesn't have kids yet. It would be the unicorn she mentoring.) And then they could be the new ponies with elements inside them. idk though, just a thought :)
That is something I'd really love to see! But not necessarily with the mane 6's kids. Of course, FIM will obviously end someday as every aspect of the characters will be already explored, leaving less possibility for new episodes. Tough, I'm pretty sure that the fandom will still go on, and hasbro would definetly not let their profits lower by not giving the fans something else, so it will surelly go on with an entirely new cast and new possibilities!

Dustin MAnning I believe yall are forgetting something very important to yalls opinion there should be a actual war in the show and that's that this is still technically a little kids show that just so have happened to catch the eyes of a wide variety of people from all ragr of ages so I doubt the would go on into "*sarring kid with the reality of war" making some kids going against others for what side they chose making this no longer a kids show .-.

When this show does end a new mlp can take over but having twilight's student and her new friends as the main characters and sometimes making references to the Mane 6 or maybe guest appearances. But these are just what I want to happen so yeah.

(I feel like you were making a reference with the "Dear listener" thing, but I could be wrong) While you mentioned Applebloom, I would also love to see what happened to some of the other named characters of the CMC's generation, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle taking priority, of course, but it would be cool to see what happened to Babs Seed, Twist, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon, and even Snips and Snails. Show them at the mane six's age as of the start of the show, and tease the audience at the end of the series, the next generation of adventurers born! ...Although I really loved your idea for the ending, and I'm sure it would touch the hearts of many to have an ending so satisfying in showing that they all got what they really sought after and deserved
i think yours is a very good headcanon on how it could end^^ i´d very much like that to happen in the actual cartoon! i´d say there should be at least another scene where discord will somehow get into it (maybe background or even as new friend of the student you said twilight would take under her wing) and...yeah that would make it perfect^^!

I really liked this ending, not because it covered everyone, but because of the last minute or so, when twilight sparkle is writing and closing the book as you said, because I can see that so clearly. It follows a lot of what the show has laid out. i think it is really interesting, sad, sentimental, and yet brightening a perfect ending.
I love your ideas for the show, I think this is EXACTLY how it should end. In my opinion Twilight's student should look something like Sunset Shimmer, acknowledging the talent for magic, but trouble for learning it.

I came across this by chance, nothing more. You have brought tears to my eyes, and thoughts to my mind. While this would make a beautiful and heartfelt ending, I doubt that they will do this. I figure that Hasbro will attempt a Toy Story style approach, aging the show up progressively and encountering more mature themes as it goes along. When it comes time for them to break from the current age base, I suspect they will do one of two things. The first is end the show, hopefully in the way you have suggested. This would be a wonderful and poetic way of meaningfully ending the series, yet still leaving it open to return. The second, which I see as far more likely, is to essentially hit a reset button and revert the show to a new season one with characters who are currently children. They could also do this with characters in the background, focusing on the new heroes instead of the then long running ones. This ending would make more sense from a marketing standpoint, as Hasbro is seeking to make a profit, and the hope would be for the now adult(original audience) fans to reintroduce it to their children. In this way, the current audience sees the current characters in a mentor role, with new heroes rising up to whatever the now "old" characters can no longer accomplish. The current fans see the mane 6 remain, with references to this generation, but the next generation will begin with the lessons we have already seen. I do hope you read this, as I enjoy your work very much. I, before commenting on this video, did view many of your other videos. I too can relate to trying to find a purpose, as I have not found a place I am truly happy in. I hope to one day find it, but until then you will continue to inspire me. With hope, Tucu, the reborn.
If this is the ending I think they would bring a sub-series like "My Little Pony Diaries" as most TV shows have done to keep a show alive for as long as possible. This series would most likely consist of Twilight giving her student her diary created by the main 6 and telling her to look through it when she has her own problems. This will re-visit previous MLP episodes and give the younger viewers ways to relate to the shows past episode problems and give suggestions on how to solve them. It will basically be an new generation of my little pony- My Little Pony, generation five, learning and growing together!
Also one thing I would add to your thing is Spike actually growing up. And not spending eternity as a child servant to Twilight. Not necessarily an evil greedy dragon but also not quite the child that we all know and love.
I love your take on how it should end and I totally agree with you, but I think it would be pretty cool if after gen 4 is over that the fillies who you mentioned could get gen 5 and continue on with the story from their perspective. The mane six could possibly be background characters that they console with from time to time or even having a new story in a completely different part of equestria with new mares and/or stallions telling it, maybe not even knowing the mane six aside from knowledge of what they do considering they are all "big shots" if you will.
And a year or 2 later, we reboot it with the adventures of twilight's student and HER friends! So the six set of on new journeys, full of fun, love, and friendship!

I like pretty much everything you said, although given what we know now from season 4 about Twilight being the princess of friendship, I don't think she would be the scientist as you said... but instead spending her days helping other ponies understand the magic of friendship. Otherwise, the student thing is definitely a good idea, and maybe she gives the student her own diary of all the things that she learned about friendship to study with. :)

Wow, that was mind blowing. If that's the direct MLP heads in, I would overload with Nostalgia and would go back and watch every episode up to the final ending episode. I hope generation 4 never comes to an end but if it ever does and this is where Generation 5 is going to continue off of, I would welcome it with open hooves.

I think it should go for a lot longer! I haven't even told my family I'm a brony. With there only being a few brony con's a year, or maybe even one a year, I may never be able to go! I wish it never ends! MLP has become a big part of my life, even though nobody knows of my interest in it. It's part of, not only my entertainment, but my creativity and the way I think. After it ends, people will begin to move on from thus making the effects of it lasting in my heart fade away as well. MLP is part of my daily life and with it gone I'll feel like there is nothing left. Not a day goes by when I don't watch episodes or brony-made videos for hours on end. With me, boredom+loss of interest=depression. I have been extremely depressed since 2011, and the show started out as a distraction and way of entertaining my self early this year, so I haven't been a brony for long, but it has certainly changed my life. But the thing is that, even though I started out that way, I came to love as much as I love most things I do, for some things I absolutely love I love the show a lot better. During my great extent of depression, I had a lack of creativity, where as I am an artist/animator/director (non of these are my real jobs, I'm 14 so they're really just hobbies), that brings things to a whole new level a depression. Watching the show gave me a light of hope and a boom of creativity. I started making OC's, writing fan fiction, writing songs, all of this in my head of course (but some will become a reality), but I even got to the point where I'm making animations inspired by the show. I always thought I was an awful animator so I stopped, but MLP got me back on my feet and I started animating again. If I lose that, I'll have nothing left...
here's how I think the series should end: The episode starts at Twilght's castle as she asks: I wonder how the others are doing? Maybe I should go over to Sweet Apple Acres. the camera fades to Canterlot and zooms in on the hottest shop around. Rarity is shown working as a fully grown sweetie bell comes in with Rarity's Daughter and reminds Rarity of the date. as the camera leaves canterlot station after seeing the three mares board the train the camera goes into a cloud and comes out in the Wonderbolt Acedemy where Scootaloo is the best Flyer around even having Rainbow Dash as a leader. they fly off southwards. Pinkie is seen walking towards ponyville and in a small town we see Dr Fluttershy walk out of a house to join pinkie. and it shows Applejack and Applebloom finishing up harvesting apples. this will cue the last song a song that's has to partly sad yet joyful maybe a 3 minute song or 4? then it comes back to twilight who sees her own Alicorn Daughter. like her mother she rather spend time studding magic. Twilight tells her to go outside and no cloning spells either. as the alicorn filly leaves the castle five more Fillies show up. the daughters of the mane six. As the fillies leave the screen three pegusas fly in. two unicorns come in as well as three earth ponies. they all converge on the castle as the camera shows twilight for the last time. Friends will come and go, but the lessons will always stay. I may not get to see them that often. As a unicorn I was foolish to think Friendship was pointless. My own Daughter is taking after me. I won't let her make the same mistake I did. There are always more lessons to learn and I will cherish them. that the one that means the most to me, because my friends taught me that. so you admit it now a voice said. we see the mane 6 together twilight nods almost forgetting to close the book. she does as the camera takes on last shot of the words and pulls us back to the very beginning. as the book close we fade to black as words appear saying: When one adventure ends another starts. the book appears and we see a light strawberry pink glow surrounds the book and it shows a Filly Celestia and Luna with discord laughing in the background as a picture poof from nowhere showing the mane 6 and the new mane 6 together.
How should it end? Well, like most of us who watch the show, we don't want it to end. But that happens to all TV shows. Twilight closing the book signaling the end of MLP would be beautiful, and tear-jerking at the same time. I believe that before the show ends completely, that Hasbro should include some fan-based thoughts-- Like the war of the Solar Empire and Lunar Republic. How would it end? Who would win? No one. After that, then Twilight can close the book, but, in the pitch blackness where the ending credits should be, there will be a picture of the Mane 6 together. That picture will be the one from the opening titles screen before Twilight becomes a princess. Anyway, that's how I personally think about how MLP should end.
I think more along the lines of pinkie somehow or another crossing paths with cheese sandwich and joining him, making their mark across equestria together. Not as a couple, but as companions.
beautiful words 😳😳😳 btw, I honestly think that MLP:FiM should end with the final adventure, after the villain of the episode has been defeated. After they go go home, the time would fast forward, to where the mane 6 have achieved their goals, and are writing a final letter to Celestia, in their humble abodes. The finale epilogue would be narrated by each of the Mane 6, starting with TWILIGHT and ending with probably Discord. This would be followed by A picture of the whole of pony ville, Twilight in the center and the Mane six surrounding her, with pinkie pie and Derpy Hooves popping up at the end, playing around and probably breaking the 4th wall. (xD) And that's what I hope the MLP:FIM finale would be: a deep episode, of their final adventure in the show. Afterwards, they'd write to Celestia. Pinkie and Derpy Hooves would start messing around and breaking the 4th wall for no reason. 😉😉😉
This proposed ending is definitely the best case scenario for what could happen, and if nothing else, I hope they do incorporate some rendition of your thoughts on twilight and the final fade-out.
CC... Just imagining what you described made me realize something, if the series were to end on that note or, I pray to Luna, in a similar fashion, I'd be ok with it. I'd be at peace with MLP and awaiting the next great TV series, or the nest generation.
OH DEAR GOD!!! A lot of the idea's I had for the future of the mane 6 in my own fan fic series was just like yours, but I never knew what to do with Pinkie. I always thought should would take over the Cakes business but the mayors a lot better. ^_^

Pinkie Pie has become the planner of Canterlot's galas and is married to Cheese Sandwich with a foal of her own: Lil Cheese. Gummy has also grown a lot, and even the Cake Twins are minding the bakery now.
Twilight Sparkle is now the Ruler of Equestria living in Canterlot, taking over from *Celestia and Luna themselves* , with Spike as her friendship ambassador, and another Friendship student of her time, Gallus, as captain of the Royal Guard. Twilight has indeed taken on a student of her own, but she's the same age as the Mane 6 back in the main part of the series. Twilight sends her student, Luster Dawn, to Ponyville to make some friends of her own: A Kirn, A Yak, a Griffon and another pony. Not only that, Twilight has established a Friendship Council with her friends to meet up once a month.
After the most beautiful song in the entire series, we pan upwards to the book from the first episode of MLP, on the last page with a shot of the mane 6 and Spike as the book finally closes with the word "fin" written on the page.

by the way, I hypothesized the possibility for the S5 to have lesser mane 6 and more... CMC stuff maybe? a transition season, where we see firendship princess & co. dealing with problems but also becaming more beackground ponies, passing the baton of this G4 to other mane, like the CMC maybe. I frankly don't like them... right now, but I believe they could be a very nice mane 3 (or more?) for the future. I find in them a lot of good potential.
for example I see very likely that applebloom becames zecora's apprentice. for the other 2 I have no idea anyway.

I think that idea is great! though mlp FIM is over, they could make a MLP (the instead of Fim something else!) Which has to do with applejacks kid, raritys kid, and rainbow dashes kid. It will starts about 3 years after FIM ended. It will not have anything related to FIM, but at some points they will talk about there old friends. Heck they could even have it tied to FIM! All of there kids (except for twilight she doesn't have kids yet. It would be the unicorn she mentoring.) And then they could be the new ponies with elements inside them. idk though, just a thought :)

That is something I'd really love to see! But not necessarily with the mane 6's kids. Of course, FIM will obviously end someday as every aspect of the characters will be already explored, leaving less possibility for new episodes. Tough, I'm pretty sure that the fandom will still go on, and hasbro would definetly not let their profits lower by not giving the fans something else, so it will surelly go on with an entirely new cast and new possibilities!

As for the last villain or struggle? Man, I could not even begin to tell you. The Mane 6 don't exactly have an antagonist, at least not a constant one (they keep turning into good guys on us)
Maybe as the series goes on, we can keep bringing back Sombra or Chrysalis. It would be cool to learn more about them and have them develop as villains.
That ending sounds amazing :) HOWEVER, I think a new MLP should come using the CMC and other ponies from their gen in a fantastic new series.

While you mentioned Applebloom, I would also love to see what happened to some of the other named characters of the CMC's generation, Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle taking priority, of course, but it would be cool to see what happened to Babs Seed, Twist, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon, and even Snips and Snails. Show them at the mane six's age as of the start of the show, and tease the audience at the end of the series, the next generation of adventurers born!
...Although I really loved your idea for the ending, and I'm sure it would touch the hearts of many to have an ending so satisfying in showing that they all got what they really sought after and deserved

I really liked this ending, not because it covered everyone, but because of the last minute or so, when twilight sparkle is writing and closing the book as you said, because I can see that so clearly. It follows a lot of what the show has laid out. i think it is really interesting, sad, sentimental, and yet brightening a perfect ending.
Okay though, but is no one going to talk about HOW CC QUITE LITTERALLY PREDICTED THE ENTIRE ENDING OF THE SHOW 5 YEARS BEFORE IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED?!?!

Now for the Crusaders if you haven't watched the episode " crusaders of the lost mark " ( you really must watch it then ) Apple Bloom . Scottolo , Sweetie Bell , Dimont Tiara , Silver Spoon and Babs Seed will become the next mane six . I came across this by chance, nothing more. You have brought tears to my eyes, and thoughts to my mind. While this would make a beautiful and heartfelt ending, I doubt that they will do this. I figure that Hasbro will attempt a Toy Story style approach, aging the show up progressively and encountering more mature themes as it goes along. When it comes time for them to break from the current age base, I suspect they will do one of two things. The first is end the show, hopefully in the way you have suggested. This would be a wonderful and poetic way of meaningfully ending the series, yet still leaving it open to return. The second, which I see as far more likely, is to essentially hit a reset button and revert the show to a new season one with characters who are currently children. They could also do this with characters in the background, focusing on the new heroes instead of the then long running ones. This ending would make more sense from a marketing standpoint, as Hasbro is seeking to make a profit, and the hope would be for the now adult(original audience) fans to reintroduce it to their children. In this way, the current audience sees the current characters in a mentor role, with new heroes rising up to whatever the now "old" characters can no longer accomplish. The current fans see the mane 6 remain, with references to this generation, but the next generation will begin with the lessons we have already seen. I do hope you read this, as I enjoy your work very much. I, before commenting on this video, did view many of your other videos. I too can relate to trying to find a purpose, as I have not found a place I am truly happy in. I hope to one day find it, but until then you will continue to inspire me. With hope, Tucu, the reborn.
If this is the ending I think they would bring a sub-series like "My Little Pony Diaries" as most TV shows have done to keep a show alive for as long as possible. This series would most likely consist of Twilight giving her student her diary created by the main 6 and telling her to look through it when she has her own problems. This will re-visit previous MLP episodes and give the younger viewers ways to relate to the shows past episode problems and give suggestions on how to solve them. It will basically be an new generation of my little pony- My Little Pony, generation five, learning and growing together!

Also one thing I would add to your thing is Spike actually growing up. And not spending eternity as a child servant to Twilight. Not necessarily an evil greedy dragon but also not quite the child that we all know and love.

I love your take on how it should end and I totally agree with you, but I think it would be pretty cool if after gen 4 is over that the fillies who you mentioned could get gen 5 and continue on with the story from their perspective. The mane six could possibly be background characters that they console with from time to time or even having a new story in a completely different part of equestria with new mares and/or stallions telling it, maybe not even knowing the mane six aside from knowledge of what they do considering they are all "big shots" if you will.
And a year or 2 later, we reboot it with the adventures of twilight's student and HER friends! So the six set of on new journeys, full of fun, love, and friendship!
As you started to describe Twilight's future, I was thinking "Don't bring up Flash Sentry, Don't bring up Flash Sentry, Don't bring up Flash Sentry" so hard that I had to rewatch that whole part!
That is actually a brilliant idea for how the series could end. And Pinkie Pie as mayor...Why can't that be my town?

I like pretty much everything you said, although given what we know now from season 4 about Twilight being the princess of friendship, I don't think she would be the scientist as you said... but instead spending her days helping other ponies understand the magic of friendship. Otherwise, the student thing is definitely a good idea, and maybe she gives the student her own diary of all the things that she learned about friendship to study with. :)

I think it should go for a lot longer! I haven't even told my family I'm a brony. With there only being a few brony con's a year, or maybe even one a year, I may never be able to go! I wish it never ends! MLP has become a big part of my life, even though nobody knows of my interest in it. It's part of, not only my entertainment, but my creativity and the way I think. After it ends, people will begin to move on from thus making the effects of it lasting in my heart fade away as well. MLP is part of my daily life and with it gone I'll feel like there is nothing left. Not a day goes by when I don't watch episodes or brony-made videos for hours on end. With me, boredom+loss of interest=depression. I have been extremely depressed since 2011, and the show started out as a distraction and way of entertaining my self early this year, so I haven't been a brony for long, but it has certainly changed my life. But the thing is that, even though I started out that way, I came to love as much as I love most things I do, for some things I absolutely love I love the show a lot better. During my great extent of depression, I had a lack of creativity, where as I am an artist/animator/director (non of these are my real jobs, I'm 14 so they're really just hobbies), that brings things to a whole new level a depression. Watching the show gave me a light of hope and a boom of creativity. I started making OC's, writing fan fiction, writing songs, all of this in my head of course (but some will become a reality), but I even got to the point where I'm making animations inspired by the show. I always thought I was an awful animator so I stopped, but MLP got me back on my feet and I started animating again. If I lose that, I'll have nothing left...

here's how I think the series should end:
The episode starts at Twilght's castle as she asks: I wonder how the others are doing? Maybe I should go over to Sweet Apple Acres. the camera fades to Canterlot and zooms in on the hottest shop around. Rarity is shown working as a fully grown sweetie bell comes in with Rarity's Daughter and reminds Rarity of the date. as the camera leaves canterlot station after seeing the three mares board the train the camera goes into a cloud and comes out in the Wonderbolt Acedemy where Scootaloo is the best Flyer around even having Rainbow Dash as a leader. they fly off southwards.
Pinkie is seen walking towards ponyville and in a small town we see Dr Fluttershy walk out of a house to join pinkie.
and it shows Applejack and Applebloom finishing up harvesting apples.
this will cue the last song a song that's has to partly sad yet joyful maybe a 3 minute song or 4?
then it comes back to twilight who sees her own Alicorn Daughter. like her mother she rather spend time studding magic.
Twilight tells her to go outside and no cloning spells either.
as the alicorn filly leaves the castle five more Fillies show up. the daughters of the mane six. As the fillies leave the screen three pegusas fly in. two unicorns come in as well as three earth ponies.
they all converge on the castle as the camera shows twilight for the last time.
Friends will come and go, but the lessons will always stay. I may not get to see them that often. As a unicorn I was foolish to think Friendship was pointless. My own Daughter is taking after me. I won't let her make the same mistake I did.
There are always more lessons to learn and I will cherish them. that the one that means the most to me, because my friends taught me that.
so you admit it now a voice said. we see the mane 6 together twilight nods almost forgetting to close the book. she does as the camera takes on last shot of the words and pulls us back to the very beginning. as the book close we fade to black as words appear saying:
When one adventure ends another starts. the book appears and we see a light strawberry pink glow surrounds the book and it shows a Filly Celestia and Luna with discord laughing in the background as a picture poof from nowhere showing the mane 6 and the new mane 6 together.
How should it end? Well, like most of us who watch the show, we don't want it to end. But that happens to all TV shows. Twilight closing the book signaling the end of MLP would be beautiful, and tear-jerking at the same time. I believe that before the show ends completely, that Hasbro should include some fan-based thoughts-- Like the war of the Solar Empire and Lunar Republic. How would it end? Who would win? No one. After that, then Twilight can close the book, but, in the pitch blackness where the ending credits should be, there will be a picture of the Mane 6 together. That picture will be the one from the opening titles screen before Twilight becomes a princess. Anyway, that's how I personally think about how MLP should end.

After they go go home, the time would fast forward, to where the mane 6 have achieved their goals, and are writing a final letter to Celestia, in their humble abodes. The finale epilogue would be narrated by each of the Mane 6, starting with TWILIGHT and ending with probably Discord. This would be followed by A picture of the whole of pony ville, Twilight in the center and the Mane six surrounding her, with pinkie pie and Derpy Hooves popping up at the end, playing around and probably breaking the 4th wall. (xD) And that's what I hope the MLP:FIM finale would be: a deep episode, of their final adventure in the show. Afterwards, they'd write to Celestia. Pinkie and Derpy Hooves would start messing around and breaking the 4th wall for no reason. 😉😉😉
