You've also inspired me to do dancing more I've lost tons of weight and become more confident in dancing and my body, thank you so much you're like a parental figure to me, lol.
@@ministay I’m starting to learn whole dances now and I’ve learned all 29 dances fully instead of just the choruses. :) and along with that 7 more full dances already! I don’t have much of a schedule and currently I’m 14 years old and I’m auditioning for JYP in 2 years! ^^
@@ministay 🥺 You’ll get it! Just keep practicing, once you learn one verse of a dance go to the dance practice (mirrored version), and put the lowest speed first, then the next lowest, then keep on going up one until you get to full speed and then go back to your dance. That helps me to remember the dance ^^ If it gets too difficult try subtracting one move and then try without that move. Once you get that you can add the move on after. These are some of my tips. One more time is to try and watch the dance practice multiple times to kind of remember the moves before using the tutorial. Then once you watch the tutorial you will know which part she’s teaching, and if you don’t know Korean or you do you can slowly sing the lyrics as she does the counts. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense I tried my best to make it understandable lol

I've started enjoying kpop songs and really wanted to dance but then i feel like everytime i dance it hurts my legs so i try to search for warm up routine b4 dancing and glad I've this vid this was really effective, I wish more people can see it now I've been able to dance without hurting my legs

I'm not very flexible yet so I did a lot of these very choppy and uneasily but I'm gonna work and get better!!! Been learning dances since I was 15 and I'm 21 now, but I never went through the Very Important process of warming up and stretching so hopefully this'll help me!!!

You might be saying “ well of course everyone should do warmups before dancing” i know that, but i’m still new on Kpop dancing, and i was so excited i couldn’t wait a second longer. When i first opened youtube i started looking for the best warmup to make me feel better, and your video was the first one i saw.
