I like how the endless nameless is hidden at the end without a timestamp
you kinda ruined the surprise tho
@@theonlyrealbigman8083 Don’t read the comments before watching the video then?
@@aviationlba747 lol
just the way kurt liked it
As it should be
September 24, 1991 will mark 30 years after Nevermind came out the best fucking classic album that was ever made
I put it on my calendar
Yep that’s today
all though Nevermind changed my life, I find In Utero even better.
@@kongvinter33 yeah i like In Utero also ive celebrated both albums
honestly i like Bleach the most
It’s powerful seeing the first performance of Smells Like Teen Spirit, where the band was still underground and far from famous, and then seeing the last performance of Smells Like Teen Spirit where they are in a giant venue, with thousands of adoring fans singing along. Just shows how much of an impact the band made in just 3 years
Lifticket Lounge, Omaha NE, first performance of Breed (aka Imodium) is a bootleg worth hearing. I’ve owned the MP3s for several years now. It sounds positively dangerous
If anyone knows a band who changed music forever in such a little bit of time let me know. They formed earlier but weren’t successful till 91! So in 3 years almost to the date not counting the downtime to make albums and tour the globe they became iconic. And they’re still relevant to this day!!! Plus he’s playing a jagstang for his last performance of smells like teen spirit fitting!💯🙌🎸🥳🔥🙏✌️❤️J
what about husker du? they were together for only 8 years but played live for 5-ish. they inspired the pixies who inspired nirvana, while also inspiring nirvana (through dave grohl)
@@gabrielpersonholy shit! Hisker du inspired nirvana? Never knew that! Husker du is from my genaral area, so i respect the shit out of them! Thanks for sharing that information
Polly was really otherworldly!
Polly is sick!!!!!!!!!
Yes!!
Is Polly sick? ;((
@@oscarfamiliarincon5390 , I mean, the performance is so great! Kurt sang high vocals.
The beginning of the endless process of amazing music you
WELL, NOW IN UTERO PLIS :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDdd
Smells like teen spirit was first played live the same month Kurt died 3 years later.
whats up with breed first performance? it has 2 different dates.
The first performance cuts off, so I thought it would be fun to patch in the next available performance
@@MoreNirvana ah okay alright
Territorial pissings sounds like Longview(or another Dookie song) from Green Day.
They did in bloom in the 89 I think didn't they nope just checked thinking of polly
0:02 “Freebird!”
This crowd was feeling this song hard before it was ever on the radio!
I wish they performed Polly the way they did in 89' a bit more
I wish they continued to perform Stay Away after 1992, that song is one of my favourites on Nevermind.
I’m making an assumption but I don’t think they liked it
@@pirateprimate1125 That is probably the case, considering 1992 was the last time they played it.
It's probably because it's an old song to them. They started playing it in 89
@@SocialBurn140 Fair point but School is even older and it was last played on their last concert in Munich. So they probably didn't like it enough to keep it in setlists or just dropped it favor of In Utero material.
@@doctorrobert1339 School was played at 99% of their shows. It was a fan favorite for sure.
Damn jus rolled a blunt shit premiers in 2 hours😭
1:20:31 endless nameless first
1:22:19 endless nameless last
You don’t get why he didn’t include it on the set list do you?
@@thehistorybuff8265 this person probably gets it bus it doing that to make it easier for anyone here for endless nameless
@@kaikai2612 yeah I feel it ruins that for other tho
@@thehistorybuff8265get a life
@@thehistorybuff8265bro it’s better
And Endless Nameless? D:
watch the 19 minute something in the way first ;)
1:20:31
I like more of the firsts version because is "ugly" lol
Already gonna be sad
I bet a lot of these are from 3/1/94
The last show of Nirvana.
Pretty much most of them except for smells like teen spirit which was last performed on 2/25/94 Palatrussardi Milan. Endless nameless which was last performed on Live and Loud 12/13/93 but however I saw a setlist from an unsurfaced bosie show that was two days after that show on a nirvana site that it was played after heart shaped box that night. Stay away which was last performed in the Seattle center on 9/11/92 and something in the way which was last performed live on 11/18/93 unplugged
40:53 Kurt Cornell.
There's an even older performance of Lithium than the one shown here
It was the one they did at Evergreen in March 1990
yeah but that wasn’t a live concert
I would still count it
In Utero PLS!
Anyone else like the way he sang smells like teen spirit
In the first or last performance?
Awsome video! Will you be doing this for In Utero? Thanks for putting the first and last together.
Nothings in the way..
first lithium performance was at evergreen state college television studios
Yo thanks for cutting this together for us
I dont know if i listened correctly or its just an impression, but it seems that he said ''dead i will be yeah'' at come as you are last performance
I whish, he would have kept that solo in Territorial Pissings
1:22:08
Kurt what the fuck
Jason cobain
The evolution of Polly.
1:20:38 is that kurts red strat or was he borrowing in?
Aw hell yeah
Yessss
Falsche töne eingespielt das es falsch klingt
Great idea, great video, man! 👍💜
and endless, nameless??
1:20:31
Territorial pissings solo is cool!
