Response: - I am not sure about the Amazon CTI as I haven't had a chance to work on it yet. However, based on my past experience with other CTIs there will be an API which we can invoke via Apex/Flow from the bot builder or As the Amazon CTI adapter is a managed pkg in Salesforce there might be an easier approach than this. - Yes, It is possible to retrieve and display the list of Cases based on any information on the Contact. You Can see the implementation using the Email address in this video.
