2:47 I'd try to improve this to get to -65 or -70..... (Me: Bangs head on table)
With my Synco Mic D2, surround by pillows, and no room for me (as a test to see how low the sound floor for just the mic would be) I got -53. When I record with the acoustic panels surrounding me, I get -48 to -51, and I thought that was decent.
Getting -80?!? uggg... Only if I get a pro booth can I get that, I think.
