*5 things to quit right now:*
    *1. Overthinking*
*2. Trying to make everyone happy*
    *3. Living in the past*
    *4. Worrying*
    *5. Doubting yourself*

Without thinking. Write 10 Rules of your Amazing Life... Frame it. Look at it from time to time. Are you doing what your soul wanted...

I was one of those instructors the recruits met when joining the REME, between 1980 and 1988 - I would go back to it all in a heartbeat - best life you can ever have

I hope our army is as good as these two. If they are, we haven’t got a problem.

Proud to have served it’s the best thing I’ve done with my my life so far ,, was it perfect no ,, but nothing is ,, I wouldn’t trade a day of my service for another five lifetimes , the lessons I learned about myself in the military are invaluable, thanks for this video really brings me back to my training and ops, thought I was the only one that felt like that after deployments too the aggressiveness and the difficulty adjusting , ty again for this

What to do when at 18 was trained to be a killing machine? Police work hardly came close. Those dudes are something else. I didn't see one hardcore grunt in my department except my father. Walked away from that career. Those guys shouldn't have the titles of military ranks. Because I never saw one Private.... Hahahaha.. Assistant Manager, Manager, Regional Manager and so on...

But where does courage come from?
I was a wrestler. I did not know how to fight.
When I was on my back as a youth, at that point I wanted to give up.. But the very next second a voice says, GET UP, GET UP. I Have a reputation. As a little boy a lot of parents or coaches said, You are all HEART kid..
I have been in ICU 6x in my life. 2 major strokes at age 45 & 47.. I couldn't talk ever again. I was paralyzed for 2 months... I was so frustrated but I never stopped believing I couldn't regain those abilities. I know a lot of myself because of that. I have broken many men. I always feel when they brake. The WILL of men is shattered when they have never been in deep water. Two warriors engaged in Battle, one will always be BROKEN.

Great that these men talk honestly and openly. So many young lads around the country would benefit from listening to these guys. They should talk in schools. Ahhh… but the ‘woke’ education authorities probably wouldn’t let them.

I loved being a soldier...except for wearing a thin cotton uniform in winter in New Zealand, carrying a rifle that was older than me, taking orders from lance corporals with the IQ of a doughnut and wondering WTF am I doing here ? I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. Glutton for punishment i guess.

It's not always weakness when you want to quit, sometimes it's as simple as this is not for me or boring or frankly just so much bullshit and other things and nothing to do with being weak and other things, great respect to soldiers though

I was never a front runner,or even an average, just put one foot in front of the over.Guys who could run forever, give them a 58 pattern webbing and large pack, different thing. Like the guy said if used to be knackered it's not easier, but just is a thing.
