May god bless your mum . Don't worry your mum is going to be healthy and ok.
How is you mom doing? I'm diagnosed 8 months ago. I have surgery next week bilateral mastectomy
@@_Rihna_ your r gonna be altright dont worry🙏🙏🙏 my aunt had breast cancer and she is better now
my mother got diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer and i feel much better just knowing that its not as risky as i imaigned. thanks a lot doc!
I’m currently battling stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. I’ll have my 5 years in February 2019. Thank you for this information
I'm at the five year mark as well., My cancer spread all through my body. To liver kidney lymph in throat and lungs. I've been stage 4 4 years. The doctor won't tell me how long.
L C Keep on fighting. I’m now at 6 years. It’s scary some days but I’m thankful for the good days. God Bless You 🙏🏼
Luis Fuentes I hope your mother is still in the fight. My mom had ovarian cancer but didn’t pass away from it. I get PET Scans every 3 months. The results and waiting time is awful I know. Please stay strong 💪 and I pray that your mom is still in the fight. Be blessed 🙏🏼
@@auntielisalisabopeepsa I am so glad to read your message it's hard some days for sure. But enjoying the sunshine and flowers helps. I get so afraid and am passing out and have trouble eating but we can. May the Lord bless you and keep you
L C Yes some days are difficult. I get it believe me. My oncologist hasn’t told me how long I have. However she did say “I’m no longer curable but treatable”. So each day I wake up I thank God and ask Him for strength 💪 I’ll continue praying for you 🙏🏼🌷
My mom was just diagnosed. We’re waiting for the stage. Please say a prayer. God bless and thank you.
Jesus please come into our homes and take away all our worries and illnesses. Amen.
Prayers to you. If you give me a first name, I'll add her to my Google Keep prayer list.
Thank you so much. You make scary and complex facts easier to approach with your depth of knowledge, your calming voice and demeanor
Thanks for such a good explanation. I’m a general practitioner doctor but patients and friends keep asking questions about their breast cancer diagnosis and meaning of different terminology. I benefited from your lectures a lot to explain my patients and friends (who think I’m the jack of all trades, which I’m not)
Thanks again. My best wishes to you.
This is great information. Thanks for sharing this, doctor, in such a clear, concise way. This is information that anyone recently diagnosed with breast cancer needs to know.
I wish he would make new videos! Love his explanations!
You're so informative.
Double mastectomy 8-21-19 with 17 bad lymph nodes right side. Her2 negative and estrogen positive. 27 radiation burns. No chemo. Celebrating 1yr. I am 69.
I am now 72! So far so good after 3 1/2 years! I have learned so much about staying in the day and how Faithful the Lord has been to me! I stay focused on Him. I am still fatigued but have learned how to deal with it!! I have such a wonderful life! Jesus is the answer for us all! My blood work is very good!! Starting to get my gardens ready for Spring!!!
Thank you for the clarity explaining the stages of breast cancer.
Excellent presentation and conveyed well which scope of being informative. Thanks Doctor need replications of you🙏🏾💪🏾✊🏾
Thank you Dr Williams your videos are very helpful
Very good explan thanks 🙏
Thank you Doc Jhon For sharing God bless you
Hi Dr. John,
First of all, than you so much for your informative videos. Could I ask you please what is metastatic mammary carcinoma? Thank you
Dr. Williams, I so want to meet you in person. Please come to Michigan. My upmost respect to you.
Excelente video!! Gracias!
You are too kind. Make sure to visit the Breast Cancer School for Patients for more information. www.breastcancercourse.org. Good luck.
Thank you for shareng
Thank you for your videos, they're very helpful. I had stage 1A IDC (ER+ HER2-) with no lymph node involvement, negative genetic screening and an onco DX score of 2. I had a lumpectomy with radiation, a hysterectomy with ovary removal and am on an aromatase inhibitor. I'm constantly second guessing my choice of surgery but your videos are encouraging that I made the right decision.
I have the same thing. About to start hormone therapy but contemplating the hysterectomy. I think I may want to do that in the next year or less
@@leftyleft5803 it was honestly the best decision ever for me. I have no regrets whatsoever. Good luck to you.
@@Bisonmom I have decided to take tamoxifen for 6 months or so and have my ovaries removed and start on an AI. I’m too young to get this again!!!

How can we determine the progression or and spread of cancer?
I had TNBC stage 2. My recent check up showed tiny mass near old scar and biopsy result came with recurrent. I am very surprised that in just 2 years of my treatment, it came back.
i hope he make new one and about mataplastic breast cancer.
My aunt has cancer we just got this information today and my mother is emotional because she is the only person she talks on a regular basis and I try to tell her that everything is ok in the early stages but she said so many people that she knows died from early stage so I hope this will cheat her up
Thank you. I am scared found something still more test need to be done

My mother had a fibroadenoma stage 2cancer i hope that i cant go chemoterapy all type of cancer had undergo chemo....?
Ur knowledge n way of telling is very interesting.
Thankyou so much sir
My mother is 4th stage cancer patient.
Please pray to my mama also🙏
I found my way here coze my mom is also diagnosed with Breast cancer
Thankyou😊 I have IDC that has not spread. I am doing exactly what my healthcare team planned out for me. After the first treatment, the lumps in the left side lymph nodes were gone! The oncologist coudnt find them, so the chemo seems to be working.! Yay! The cancer is only in the left breast. They want to shrink it before surgery. Which will be after chemo sometime in August. Its time consuming, but worth it! One day at a time! The Anderson cancer center is awesome! The doctors and nurses are the best! I look forward to being with the
nurses during my treatments 😂 we kid around alot! I have my own little chemo room with a tv and theres a snack bar. Whooo hoo! 🥰 The nausea medicines work great, so Iam all covered! 😎 So cool 🤩🥳😂 👍
I have the same but they remove the breast and lymph nodes and radiotheraphy. . I don’t what is my next treatment. ER/PR positive HER2 negative
my mom just got diagnosed and waiting to know which stage it is… She’s in the US but I am a foreigner working in Germany. I likely can’t even visit her due to visa restrictions…
Thx
It is any problem to life live?
My wife's right breast has just swollen, with a numb or minor swell between her armpit and the swelling breast. She underwent several test and screening but doctors couldn't identify its cause. From her diagnosis, it was written as cancer or TB. We still making every attempt to identify the real problem. From your understanding, would TB indicate similar signs or symptoms? Thank you
What about her2 low doctor?
My mom just got diagnosed today. I hateoife
I have breast cancer for 3rd staged in sept 28 2109 I have done for surgery in mastectomy but my limp node in my armpit is 46 to 49 then her 2 negative asrtogen receptor negative and progesterone negative metastasis invasive carsinoma what should I do waiting for chemo at what the doctor said
One video please Overy Cancer 🙏🙏🙏
The condition of your heart and history of heart attack can affect your treatment options also. I’m running into this issue with recently diagnosed triple negative.
I'm so grateful to not have started treatment because I didn't suffer, due to the fact that it spread to stage 4, five years ago and it spread more, but I didn't have breast surgery and I am so glad l didn't let them do it cause it would have killed me and the Lord knows my day and my place, I fear not the unknown.
@@harryvaliente9425 Not getting treatment was definitely the right choice, the government expects you follow through with their treatment.the pain and suffering that usually only prolongs your life 6 months or is kills you after you suffered so dramatically why not spend the time you have fulfilling your dreams.
Thanks for very informative video. My 70-yo cousin, otherwise in good general health, has been diagnosed with Stage 1, HER2-, Invasive Lobular Carcinoma. It has NOT spread to the lymph nodes or other organs. Some metastatis is noticed in bones. She is on 2.5 mg Fempro, and within 3 weeks of medication has shown remarkable improvement, with only minor side effects. Her Oncologist has recommended Ribociclib, which is prohibitively expensive, and totally unaffordable without insurance.
What are her chances of 5- and 10-year survival?

What the difference between stages of breast cancer and grades of breast cancer..
I think grade is how fast it grows/aggressive it is, & stage is how far it’s spread?

How would you know if you have breast cancer
With stage 1 can it be treated with hormonal without removing cancer in DCIS or invasive?
Im 22 with grade2 stage 2 her2+ breast cancer what are my risks given my age?
ILL PRAY FOR YOU MY MOTHER HAS BREAST PAINS AND SOMETHING HARD INSIDE PLEASE PRAY FOR HER
From what I understand HER2+ is easier to treat. Responds better to chemotherapy. Hope you are well! I have a friend stage 4 metastatic and two years now in remission. You got this!
What does stage 3b means.
Is there some food that you recommend not to eat? please help me.
A healthy diet leaning on the organic vegetarian approach is felt best for general health and cancer of all types. Everything in moderation. Will create a video lesson on this topic in the future. Thanks for asking.
I’m researching juicing greens with a quality juicer. The cure is to nourish the tumors at a cellular level, which can only be extracted by juicing.
Enabling and enhancing the quality as well as the quantity of greens than by eating directly.
Juicing also maintains all of the nutrients rather than cooking.
Raw, raw raw!!! Bon appetite:)
My mom just got told she had breast cancer we don’t know anything yet though
@dboyking123 hey it’s gonna be ok my mom is now recovering she has surgery it’s not as worryful as you think everything will be ok
Depending on the level my mom has level two so she had to do chemo for about 6 months then she had to do a surgery either dissectomy or lumpectomy and then they’ll test the tissue and if there is still cancer you could have to do 14 more rounds of chemo but it’s less intense but if you don’t have cancer you won’t have to do that
My mom had breast cancer im 12
@marry testy God is the Healer.Im a Breast Cancer Survivor.Herbs are great also.
I have stage lll with 19 bad lymph nodes. I was a hospice nurse for 20 years. Why were all of my breast cancer patients bald headed? You oncologists know the answer. You give chemo to get the money.
Nope I wont I may seem better I'm not
Will I survive dealing with the cancer "care" corporation my insurance corporation assigned me to? Will I survive their treating me like a number with a common cold? Will I survive their refusal to talk to each other or me? Will I survive paying this corporation the fortune they'll charge me for this poor service?
yea, nowadays...if you have anything other than TNBC you'll be doing fine if you catch it early enough.
TNBC and 'regular' (hormone or HER2 positive) breast cancer should not be compared with eachother to be honest.
why is the financial cost never mentioned......that is a reality, how much is one life worth, being a burden in every sense to your family
Well with breast cancer issues a lot of money is involved. My mum has being diagnosed of breast cancer stage 3.and the first surgery has been done which cost us alot but we still need more money for rediothraphy and stuff. So breast cancer treatment is very expensive. As human as we are we wish this sickness never exist.
My one breast has some pain, it is a sign of breast cancer?
It could be. That was the only sign I had. I thought a pain here and there was from aging. My little 17 year old teacup Abbey rested her little head on my left breast and gave me the saddest look. It scared me. I took a shower and saw the dent. I called the doctor and made an appointment for a mammogram and ultrasound. Dr. had to order the ultrasound. Then I had biospy done. I have cancer in my left breast. Invasion ductal breast cancer. There are three tumors. I am fixing to have surgery and chemo. Please get checked. I hope you don't have cancer.
We need pictures and demonstrations. 😡😡
@@henrypatrick8699 I did the surgery and now just start radiation. I don’t need medication.
The biggest threat to cancer survival, regardless of "stage" and regardless of "tumor factors", is failure on the part of doctors like this one to recognize and promulgate the role of the high-fat high-cholesterol Standard American Diet (SAD) in causing (yes, Causing) cancer and failure to promote the benefits of unprocessed plants-only oil-free diet before it's too late (in other words, regardless of "stage" or "other factors"). Your risk is far higher, regardless of "stage", if you remain on the SAD. These doctors are fixated on treatment and oblivious to cure. Explore his Breast Cancer School for Patients. You will not find one word about diet there. Their silence on this is shameful; the establishment medical community is has become a business; there's no profit in getting people healthy. But at least you have this heads-up, hopefully before this comment is edited out, and can learn on your own.
I am diagnose of breastcancer stage IV on june 2016, never get a surgery here in Suriname, only chemotherapy, now in 2020 I take pills Anastrozol once a day and Metformine twice a day. How I live my life is consuming more vegetables and fruit than
fish or meat. How more bitter the vegetable, how better. Using bitter melon daily is for me living as I am in a good heath.Just try to eat a bitter melon, or making smooties with all kinds of vegetables, you'll notice by yourself .
@@marijkeamat6770 hi I'm tnbc .I'm very scared about it. Any tips to survive. I think u r 4 year survivor
He’s not a dietitian anyway. But if he has the data of Adverse effects of SAD diet from his clinical experience, he can share it with people who fortunately are healthy and can benefit from his diet recommendations and other preventive measures. I hope he’ll give it a thought. Thanks
Skibidi dop dop dop yes yes🤬🤬🤬🤬😀😀😀😁🥳🗿🙏😅🚢😅🙏😅
I knew I had breast cancer for 3 years, NHS ignored my symptoms even after my dog was indicating I had breast cancer. After 3 years of returning to clinic annually I demanded a biopsy when once again they told me it was normal. I had the biopsy, few days later the call came to return to clinic. I had a 73 mm ilc. 8 months later I had surgery after taking letrozole which failed to reduce tumour size. I had radiotherapy and a booster ss 1 lymph node was positive. I changed clinics as trust had gone. What is possibility of distance mets given the size of tumour.
