A master manipulator, the Penguin is usually surrounded by violent henchmen who do his bidding without question. But when it comes down to a face-to-face, expect him to unleash a deadly barrage from a variety of umbrella weapons and other ingenious devices-often taking the form of fowl. And when all else fails, the Penguin will fight as dirty as they come, hand to hand combat doesn’t ruffle his feathers at all.

Never understood why but Penguin is my favorite Batman villain. So I guess I may get this one eventually.
Appreciated that DCUC comparison, as I don't own either figure and they look just about identical.
This may the first time in a UA-cam video where I watched the full ad without skipping. It was a BBTS ad. Perfect placement.
They really should give us an umbrella with a concealed sword in the handle, a pop out blade at the top of the umbrella, or have the umbrella as a secret gun/machine -gun.
Or just give us one closed and one open umbrella, and let us kids use our imagination.
The penguin always seemed like he would be that guy who would say, “ It is a quarter to 5”

I would not expect a lot of articulation with a Penguin action figure. He would be great alongside a Joker action figure.
Howdy Brad, perchance, is there an updated full tour video of all your eclectic DC action figure collection in the cards? If so, I'd love to see how your collection has expanded. As per usual, your channel is the epitome of DC toy fandom.
I like Oswald Cobblepot as the Penguin because he looks cool in that classic look but the only Batman villain that I want to get is the Three Jokers The Clown so Knightfall Batman can fight him, Overall, Great review on him Brad.
