I would definitely recommend you I swing human hair. It last longer. The crochet curls does tend to tangle quickly.

Yes! I actually prefer to use human hair because it last longer than the crochet curls. I’ve cut hair off the weft as well as bought it already cut.

Did you need to put the braids in hot water after braiding ?

I don’t, I just set them with mousse. If you dip them in hot water it’ll mess up the curls.

What was the purpose in using 42 ' hair only to cut it to 18-20

The numbering system is different depending on the brand of hair you use. 42” is the shortest I’ve found with Xpression. To me it’s more like a 20” in other brands. ❤️

Isn’t stiff is you don’t dip in water

If you dip it it’ll mess with the curls. You can set with mousse or steam the braids
