- Hi guys this is Hazelle! Buying my first property in Singapore is really like a dream come true. Let me take you on a journey from when I signed the papers, took the keys, started the renovation, moved into my house and finally staying in this crib for 2 months (at the point of posting, 3 months already - time flies!)

I notice there is a beam on top of sofa. Try to avoid sitting directly under the beam. Is sha qi in terms of fengshui

I also bought condo in early 30. Single male served NS. Which project u got
I also say the robot vacuum is of limited use and not for everyone. There are some areas that it cannot reach, use normal vacuum to do yourself easier and faster. I sold my robot cleaner after 2 months lol. Does your rain shower drips after showering? Mine drips from left over water still left in the pipes. :(

Hi Hazelle, which part of SG is your condo at?
Well, putting the fan there isn't really good because the fan will get dirty after some time and you don't want the dust to drop on your bed or on your face 😂 and if it didn't install properly, it might fall any time + it is bad to have a fan blowing on you while you sleep!! (You can Google for the answer) I would highly recommended you to remove the fan if possible 👍 or you don't turn on the fan while you sleep 😊
How about 2in1 washer and dryer?
I’ve heard not-so-positive reviews about that so I’m apprehensive! But do your research, read the reviews and I’m sure you’ll be fine ☺️

Great that you got your first property at such a young age. Did you take any bank loan or did you make a one off full payment for the property?
A bank loan! Maxed out the full capacity cuz girl ain’t got no monies to pay it off 100% 😂

how did a small dj manage to buy a condo? i think many young singaporeans are doing this but ends up eating grass at home.....

One suggestion for your bedroom is to remove the headboard or change to a slim version. It saves a lot of space!

Actually it is only a few screws that attach the headboard to the bed. Not that troublesome. Just ask your ID/contractor to do it for you.😜
