- Simplicity 9590 is a sewing pattern for overalls. The pattern is rated as easy. I saw this pattern sewn up and on display in Hobby Lobby. When I saw the pattern sewn up, I thought it was adorable. I couldn't wait to get the pattern so I could give it a try. I used some denim fabric from LA Finch Fabrics and made a size small. I try the finished garment on to share the results.

I got the SEW book that you recommended and I am wanting to teach myself to sew. I bought this pattern and working on a muslin first. Had a bit of a problem with the facing on the waist pockets but am glad I started with a test garment first. I bought a rust-colored corduroy for the fall. I am excited about working on them.

The overalls were nice and fits well as you were hoping. You'lls uniqueness is amazing! A rage room, that looked like fun, something different and can be passed on.
